Appartement au top conforme a l annonce. D une propriété irréprochable avec tous les équipements. Des propriétaires à l ecoute et tres accueillants. Une vue à couper le souffle sur la baie d Ajjaccio.

La résidence est située sur les hauteurs de la ville, il n'y a aucun commerce à proximité et, comme vous pouvez vous en douter, il est compliqué de se déplacer en voiture dans la ville. La place de parking fait 1,80 m de large et le lit 1,60 m La clim dans le séjour est sous dimensionnée. Les différents rangements sont occupés par les affaires du propriétaire. La cuisine est neuve, bien équipée et le balcon est grand, sans vis-à-vis

Magnifique vue

Appartement très propre,avec place de parking juste à côté de la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble.Dès l’entrée du logis ,nous sommes attirés par la vue splendide sur la baie d’Ajaccio.Un régal pour les yeux.Nous nous installions chaque soir sur la terrasse pour l’admirer .Sinon l’immeuble est calme et le quartier également.Il est très près des plages et du centre ville.Une borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique est à environ 900 m.
