The 137m2 house offers a large living room, a large equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with shower and toilet), a bathroom, separate toilet. Upstairs, second living room with fireplace and balcony allowing you to appreciate the serenity of the surrounding environment.

Tout a été parfait du début à la fin ! Très bon contact avec les propriétaires et réponses rapides par mail. Un accueil excellent sur place. La maison est parfaite. Très belle, d'une propreté irréprochable, dans un cadre idyllique ! Tout est très bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Nous serons ravis de revenir une prochaine fois ! Peut-être en hiver pour profiter d'un feu de cheminée ! Merci beaucoup Gordon et Valérie, nous avons adoré notre séjour chez vous !

Very nice house in a lovely quiet area

The house built in 2010 is located in a lovely quiet area with a few houses inhabited by locals. It is all within reach of a few nice villages, such as Nanteuil and Vallee with its abbey from about 850 and Verteuil sur Charente with its beautiful castle and surroundings. In Ruffec, about 15 minutes drive away, you have large supermarkets and you can find here everything you need for your stay. Also Cognac and Angouleme are easily accessible and if you take the rural routes, you see the beautiful villages, nature and can enjoy the peace, traffic you hardly encounter here. The house of Valérie and Gordon is a lovely house to stay in, where the garden has several places to sit in both sun and shade. We were very warmly received by Gordon and were briefly shown around the house. If you have any questions or problems, you can reach them by phone. Valérie also responds very quickly by e-mail. Do you want to enjoy peace, nature and culture, then this house is ideal for this. The four of us stayed there in the age of 60 to 74 and enjoyed it and it is highly recommended.

Nous sommes très contents de la maison. C'est très comfortable et nette. Nanteuil est beau. Des grandes villes comme Angoulême et Limoges sont un peu trop loin, Enfinc'est campagnard.

Nanteuil-en-Vallee

This is a very charming property full of character. We spent two weeks at this property and found it very comfortable. Weather was very warm so plenty of shade outside if needed. The village 3km away has a lovely restaurant and shop. Valerie and Gordon were only a phone call away to help with any questions we had and left a lot on information at the house on places to visit. I would recommend this property if you are looking for peace and quiet with not far to travel for something more lively.

le charme et le calme à la campagne

Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce séjour dans cette très jolie maison ,cachée dans un joli hameau de la campagne charentaise . L'endroit est très calme ,idéal pour se reposer,avec de jolis chemins de randonnées .les abords paysagers de la maison sont bien entretenus Il y a également ,un abri pour mettre vôtre véhicule à l'ombre l'été ,et une jolie terrasse avec un store banne La maison est très jolie et très agréable à vivre ,très bien équipée. Il manquerait juste ,à nôtre goût ,juste peut être,un petit barbecue ou une plancha électrique,qui serait bienvenu pour faire des grillades ,sans risque d'incendie ...) Nous avons particulièrement apprécié ,les petites attentions de la propriétaire, (très sympathique ! ) .:le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner, un vrai fond de cuisine,le lit fait, linge de toilette en quantité,etc... Vous pouvez vous poser en arrivant,sans courir immédiatement aux courses ! Nous avons vraiment aimé ! s et j.CHAPEL

Wonderful house in beautiful surroundings.

Really well equipped house with lovely gardens in a beautiful area. Lots of space inside and out. Had a great time exploring the area. Lovely to eat outside every evenimg. The owner Valerie was very helpful. We hope to stay again soon. Highly recommended.
