'Villa Nuccia' is located in a quiet residential area just 800 meters from the bay Guidaloca . About 3 km is Scopello and the 'Riserva dello Zingaro' natural park of great beauty for its clear waters and vegetation. Castellammare del Golfo is about 5 km away,it is the nearest town, where you can shop and find the services you need The villa is surrounded by a garden and an orchard, and in summer it will be a pleasure to savor the sweet fruits.La villa is ideal for 8 people and it is composed of entrance, living room with kitchen equipped with everything you need (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. In the sleeping area there are two double bedrooms and two bedrooms with bunk beds. The kitchen leads to the 'outdoor area with table and chairs with covered porch that will allow you to have lunch and dinner comfortably outside .It has a barbecue where you can organize delicious barbecues. In the garden surrounding the house is a swimming pool and a shower. Inserted in a green oasis of relaxation, the house provides an ideal holiday for families with children. It has all appliances, two air conditioners, satellite TV, garden, ample parking autonomous, deck chairs, electric gate, internet etc..
Nearby are the towns of Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo, the city of Trapani, the Egadi Islands, Erice and Selinunte temples. Beach , umbrellas, beach chairs, restaurants; Scopello , Zingaro Nature Reserve etc. .....

séjour très agréable

Les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants et toujours disponibles. Giusi a tout fait pour notre confort et notre bien être. Nous avons eu droit aux fruits et légumes du verger. Excellent !

Settimana meravigliosa in un posto molto rilassante

La Signora Giuseppina e la sua famiglia ci hanno fatto sentire meglio che a casa. Molte attenzioni e disponibilità da parte di tutti. Piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza. Abbiamo ricevuto frutta e verdura direttamente dal loro orto. Pulizia scrupolosa della piscina. Piccolo benvenuto per i bambini e per noi. La casa l'abbiamo trovata pulita e in ordine. Attrezzata di tutto. La piscina naturalmente è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. La posizione si è rivelata comoda per poter visitare tutta la zona. Ed è risultata silenziosa e tranquilla. Ideale per famiglie con bambini visto che era tutto recitato e chiuso da cancelli e con tantissimo spazio per giocare. Un posto che ci rimarrà nel cuore.

Vacanza indimenticabile in pieno Relax

Ho trascorso 1 settimana con la mia famiglia in questa meravigliosa struttura: Villa Nuccia, località Castellammare del Golfo zona Scopello-Guidaloca. La villetta si trova vicino al mare (5 minuti a piedi) e percorrendo questa magnifica costa ho potuto di presenza esplorare questa meravigliosa zona incominciando dalla Baia di Guidaloca(spiaggia con lidi e ristoranti), il Baglio di Scopello, la Tonnara di Scopello con i suoi faraglioni fino ad arrivare alla Riserva dello Zingaro con le sue meravigliose calette con acqua cristallina. La villetta si trova in una posizione di pieno relax e le foto corrispondono alla realtà. Io con la mia famiglia composta da 2 bambini abbiamo trascorso una vacanza fantastica .All' esterno si trova questa bellissima e grandissima piscina provvista di sedie a sdraio e ombrellone adatta sia ai grandi che ai bambini. All' interno abbiamo osservato questa bellissima cucina completa di tutti gli utensili, tv con satellitare, servizio wi-fi. Le stanze sono fornite di aria condizionata dove tutti gli ambienti si mantengono freschi sia le stanze matrimoniali che quelle dei bambini.La villetta e' indipendente fornita di cancello automatico, veranda con tettoia dove abbiamo pranzato e cenato all' aperto, barbecue dove abbiamo fatto tantissime grigliate e sedie sdraio dove abbiamo potuto assaporare il sole della Sicilia. Sono rimasta contentissima perche' i miei bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo trascorrendo la maggior parte del loro tempo nella piscina. La villetta era pulitissima, sistemata e curata in tutti i suoi minimi particolari .Giusy e suo fratello Francesco sono delle persone fantastiche disponibili in qualsiasi momento. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare e fatto assaporare i prodotti tipici del luogo"Cassatelle e cannoli con ricotta" e la frutta fresca del loro giardino.Suo fratello spesso veniva a controllare l' acqua della piscina mantenendola sempre pulita. La villetta si trova in un punto strategico dove si può raggiungere senza difficoltà San vito lo capo, Erice, Trapani, Segesta ecc........ La raccomando a tutti. Tantissimi saluti e grazie di tutto. Ci rivedremo.
