Fabulous place

This is a lovely house on the outskirts of Castallamare de Golfo and is truly beautiful and authentic. Very well equipped and spacious and good air conditioning in the bedrooms. A really lovely outdoor space and pool. The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with and helped to make our stay a pleasant one

We had a great time at Lucietta’s house. She was extremely welcoming to us and checked with us every other day to see if she could help with anything. She also came regularly to clean the pool when we were out. The house is cozy and has everything you’ll need, plus a private pool! There is a lot to do in the surroundings, from nature reserves to archeological sites and beautiful towns. Well worth the visit!

Peaceful and stunning location

The house was fully equipped with everything we could need - also with the little things that make a big difference, e.g. tea and coffee, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, clingfilm, etc. The property is located in a peaceful and beautiful location, very near to the local town, supermarkets and restaurants - Castellemare del Golfo is lovely, a fab old town with harbour and lots of bars and restaurants but quite low key compared to other tourist spots. The surrounding area is exceptionally beautiful with options for hiking, swimming, snorkelling, etc. The sea is so warm and crystal clear. We loved it and had a fabulous stay.

Huis ligt op een heuvel even buiten Castellammare. Prachtig uitzicht over de zee. Inrichting is compleet. Eigenaresse is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zwembad is wat klein, maar is schoon en wordt goed onderhouden. Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit huis.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Pärchenurlaub

Wir waren zwei Pärchen im Alter von 30-36. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin war zur jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Sie hat uns viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Strände.etc. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr Wohlgefühlt :)

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Besonders gut hat uns die tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse und der Garten mit Pool gefallen. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und hat gute Tipps gegeben und auf Anfragen immer schnell geantwortet. Der Ort war mit dem Mietwagen schnell zu erreichen, es gibt viele gute Restaurants, Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Verbesserungsvorschläge wären: Sonnenschirme am Pool, ein größerer Schrank im Schlafzimmer und eine Ablage in der Dusche. Insgesamt ist das Haus zu empfehlen!

MOMENT DE DETENTE

Une maison située au pied de la montagne avec une très belle vue sur la mer, au milieu des oliviers. L'intérieur est très propre et bien équipé. Les extérieurs sont très agréables et bien entretenus. Little paradise

Nice house, tastefully modernized and decorated. Great location on the hill, with beautiful views on the bay and the mountains. Close to the city and only 5 minutes from a nice sandy beach. Nice little refreshing swimming pool. Lucietta is a wonderful host, providing a warm welcome, including cold drinks 😀 and helping with any practical question you may have. We’ll try to come again!

Stayed one week at Luccieta's house and really enjoyed our time! The house is everything you see on the pictures, and even better in person! Very nice pool, garden, location, ambiance. The house has everything you need, including fully equipped kitchen. Very clean! Luccieta is great with welcoming and communicating! Loved the area around, especially marina for evening strolls and dinners. If you can, take a boat for one day which you can rent at the marina. Enjoy!

La villa è situata in un contesto molto tranquillo ed è immersa nel verde. È molto silenziosa ed offre un relax notevole, inoltre, è dotata di tutti i comfort ed è arredata con gusto. È comunque vicina a tutti i servizi necessari per una vacanza comoda.La piscina dà quel tocco di lusso che ti invita a rimanere nell' oasi di pace del giardino ben piantumato. Partendo dalla villa si possono raggiungere località di mare fantastiche, siti archeologici meravigliosi e luoghi ricchi di cultura. Castellammare è una località molto vivace in grado di offrire al turista ristoranti, pubs, negozi e tutte le attrazione di una località di villeggiatura per tutte le età. Lucia la proprietaria della villa insieme a suo marito Giacomo ed ai loro figli sono persone speciali, ci hanno accolto per la seconda volta nella loro villa ( ebbene si, è la seconda volta che andiamo da Lucia )con gentilezza e mille attenzioni. La villa ci è stata consegnata pulitissima e consigliamo questa soluzione a tutti coloro che desiderano una vacanza tranquilla con tutti i confort.

Abbiamo alloggiato per 2 settimane in questa casa, usandola sia come base d'appoggio per poter visitare i siti archelogici e le città più importanti della zona occidentale della Sicilia, sia per immergerci con i diving della zona nella meravigliose acque prospicienti, sia per trovare pace e relax. L' abitazione è fornita di tutto: biancheria, stoviglie ecc e tutto è in perfetto ordine. Apprezzabile il restauro conservativo del piano terra della casa. Splendida l' accoglienza e la gentilezza della padrona di casa e del marito.

Nous avons apprécié les deux semaines de septembre passées dans cette maison. Sa situation offre un beau point de vue sur la mer et sur la montagne, il fait calme même si chaque nuit les chiens et les coqs nous rappellent bruyamment que nous sommes à la campagne. Nous avons pu visiter tous les sites archéologiques sans faire trop de kilomètres, Même Palerme peut être atteint et parcouru en une journée. La réserve naturelle du Zingaro toute proche offre de magnifiques promenades et il est facile de trouver de belles petites criques où nager et se reposer. L'accueil des propriétaires a été chaleureux, ils ont été efficaces chaque fois que nous avons eu besoin d'aide . La maison a été transformée avec goût en respectant son authenticité . Le linge de maison ne manque pas, la cuisine bien pourvue en vaisselle permet de cuisiner comme on le souhaite. Nous pouvons tout au plus regretter que la salle de bain ne soit pas au niveau des chambres et qu'il n'y ait pas de lave-vaisselle. C'est une excellente adresse pour un séjour en Sicile.
