With a huge backyard, swimming pool, outdoor and indoor jacuzzi, waterfall, full modern outdoor casita, 2 full kitchens, outdoor TV, large BBQ, guest room, guest bathroom, laundry room and spectacular outdoor and indoor living. 4 fireplaces, HDTV in all rooms 15K sqft grounds and a upper casita.
A unique vacation spot you have never seen before.
The perfect place to have a fantastic getaway vacation style home in the heard of Brentwood Village with all the luxury and amenities only a resort usually offers. This is our beloved home we would like to share with you. Sitting a top this outdoor Casita, relax and enjoy the views, or a family swim, bbq, swim, watch TV from our outdoor infinity jacuzzi while the sun is setting, while having the gorgeous family home below , which is furnished with all high end furnishings and a very open floor plan. Spacious and light. 3 bedrooms in the main house and an extra guest room in the Casita.
The Villa is located in the hard of Brentwood with a short walk to all the hip restaurants, shopping bike ride to the beach. You will never need to drive! :) walk to whole foods, CVS, Banking, restaurants, Wholefoods, Alfreds coffee, soul cycle, Yoga and much more
20 minutes from Beverly Hill, 30 minutes to LAX, 10 minutes to beaches
This is a monthly summer rental! For guests that like to relax in luxury.

Unbelievable property! Like a Paradise

We had the absolute most amazing stay at this insane property. It is truly the cooles paradise like place we have ever been too. The set up of the lower house, which is very luxurious and amazing, to the set up of the gorgeous large pool and of course the Casita, is just amazing. We couldn’t be happier. The hosts where amazingly friendly. Jani greeted us and showed us around. The housekeeper was so nice and helpful and my family truly enjoyed our time here. Further the location is so practical and a beautiful neighborhood. I can only highly recommend this place. We felt lucky to stay here and everything was taken care of with absolutely no hassle. Thank you!!!

Just an amazing home away from home which feels like you are on a tropical vacation yet close to all

We had an amazing time at this gorgeous property. The place is exactly as pictured and you never want to leave. The main house is spacious and very tastefully designed. Myriam the housekeeper keeps it spotless. The beds are super comfortable and we loved being able to walk everywhere. The biggest surprise is the outdoor space and beyond gorgeous Casita. It really feels like you are in another place. My husband was so happy watching all his sports from the Jacuzzi while we BBQ’ed and payed out by the pool all day. Hosted where always available when needed. What a treat! We will be back!

Why they chose this property

This property is not just a beautiful home in the heart of Brentwood and the village, but it has a very unique and amazing addition with a 2500 Casita with high ceilings outdoor living space and 15,000 soft of land.
You have to experience it to grasp it. Everything is brand new and in mint condition. Many homes are amazing, but this property is really special, if you like to feel as if you are in a tropical vacation place of luxury in your own home. Our friend call it the Luxury resort :)
