Please leave used towels in bathrooms, place dishes in the dishwasher (no need to run), turn off lights, HVAC, and the indoor fireplace, and ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked.
If used, please turn off outdoor pool or spa jets, pool or spa heater, fire pit, and BBQ (left clean). Kindly dispose of trash in the designated bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Events and Visitors: Registered guests only. Events, parties, or additional visitors are not permitted without prior written approval.
Neighbors and Noise Please be respectful of neighbors. Quiet hours apply in the evenings, and outdoor music should remain at a low, considerate volume

It was a beautiful home! The beds were comfortable, towels were great and there was a thoughtful "mini bar" set up stocked with snacks and drinks. Great location close to shopping/dining! We had a great time!

The pictures, already stunning, do not do this property justice. It is huge, absolutely beautiful and located on a serene, scenic street with easy connections to all neighborhoods of central LA.Ron was a great host and super communicative. Would love to be back!

The pool and house were beautiful. The owner was wonderful and great communicator. The only negatives we found were the following. You cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet. This was a big negative for us with 3 kids. We had to pay extra to heat the pool and the shower water was not hot.

Everything was great. The house was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Perfect for a family. Ron was a great host, any questions I had he was quick to get back to me. The house is in a great location. Very close to everything you need.
