This pretty little wooden house of 58 m² on an area of 800 m², located in a quiet location 500 m from Lake Sanguinet is ideal for 4-5 people.
It includes a master bedroom (bed 160), a children's room (two bunk beds and a drawer bed), a large living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge (TV), separate toilet.
The outer part of the house is composed of a large shaded terrace overlooking a fully fenced garden.

The supervised beach of Caton is reachable in 5 minutes by bike lane and 3 minutes by car.

By car, 20 minutes from the Dune du Pyla, Arcachon, the beaches of Biscarosse and 50 minutes from Bordeaux.

Holiday in a private holiday house

We really enjoyed our stay in Sanguinet. We really had the feeling to stay in holiday house, which is really personally used by the owner. The house was really beautifull and perfect to visit Dune du Pilat etc.

Wir waren zu zweit für zwei Wochen vor Ort. Das Haus war sehr sauber und entspricht genau den Fotos. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell mit dem Fahrrad am See oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der schön angelegte Garten und die schattige Veranda laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war immer sehr freundlich, schnell und präzise. Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit vor Ort!

Buona , considerato tutto! Con dei distinguo,nulla da dire sulla casa carina e ben attrezzata che è pero’piuttosto “ lontana “ dal centro e dal lago.In ogni caso il check- in è sì molto facile per via dei codici di accesso ma penso sia importante avere un referente nelle vicinanze per risolvere qualsivoglia problema di ordine pratico non risolvibile telefonicamente! La casa manca inoltre della possibilità di collegamento wi-fi che considero importante

Sehr hübsches Haus

Wir haben das Haus für eine Woche gemietet. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr schön und bestens ausgestattet. Garten und Terrasse sind riesig. Viel Platz zum Spielen und Chillen. Mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto ist man ruckzuck am See. Das Haus liegt in einen sehr ruhigen Wendehammer. Nur die umliegenden Campingplätze kann man abends manchmal hören. Alles in allem ein super Ferienhaus, in das wir sehr gerne wiederkommen.
