Located in the heart of the Périgord Noir (30 km from Sarlat, 15 km from Les Eyzies, 3 km from Limeuil, 5 km from Le Bugue), Adele and Alain welcome you to their pleasant property. Very quiet, you will enjoy a traditional stone house modern comfort and well appointed. You also have a large swimming pool and a park of 10 hectares.
Our estate is ideally located between the Dordogne valley and the Vézère valley. Shops and many tourist sites nearby.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
With a total surface of 180 m², organized on 2 levels.
The house offers in the DRC:
A spacious kitchen and pantry, all equipped (large fridge, large freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction table, hood, coffee maker ...).
A large living room with two sofas, coffee table, ottomans, armchairs, and large LCD TV connected.
The first floor consists of:
- A large double bedroom (160 cm bed), storage and LCD TV.
- A second large room (bed 140 cm and 2 beds 90 cm).
They share a large bathroom with a large Italian shower, sink and toilet.
- A third and very large double room (bed 160 cm), with its bathroom.
Independent toilets complete the floor.
OUTDOORS :
Private pool 6 x 14 m. The swimming pool is secured with alarm.
Covered terrace consisting of a living room with sofa and armchairs.
Outdoor terrace with large table and barbecue.
An independent shower room with WC.
