Two week break in June

We had a lovely time in this property. It has every thing we needed for a comfortable stay. Thierry is a great host and was very helpful with any issues. He has a great knowledge about the local area and is very helpful. The pool area is a brilliant addition and was used by all of us. Our dogs loved the garden and the surrounding woods. It was a great base for our holiday in the Dordogne.

the pool area was dissapointing as black mold was around pool,terrace was untidy,and only got sun for a couple of hours in morning and same in afternoon ,two very nice bathrooms but only one toilet,sink in kitchen needs replacing and very little prep area if large party was there,but the owner was very nice as was steffie who assisted while there

AprĂšs avoir fait 600kms nous avons contacter le propriĂ©taire. Celui-ci nous a informĂ© qu'il ne pourrait pas nous recevoir et nous as dit de nous "dĂ©brouiller" avec Abritel et de chercher autre chose !!!!Inadmissible de sa part.Nous avons dĂ» nous dĂ©brouiller par nous mĂȘme pour trouver une location en urgence, qui nous a coutĂ©e plus chĂšre et que ne correspondait pas du tout Ă  notre premiĂšre location.Abritel ne nous a pas vraiment accompagnĂ©s : le remboursement a Ă©tĂ© fait et c'est tout.

Piscine trÚs agréable

Maison plutĂŽt rustique sur le terrain du propriĂ©taire, mais l’intimitĂ© est totalement prĂ©servĂ©e. TrĂšs belle piscine Ă  usage personnelle, de belles dimensions, sous abri amovible. La localisation est centrale pour de nombreuses activitĂ©s. La Dordogne est toujours aussi exceptionnelle !

Bon accueil, propriétaire à proximité discret, disponible et réactif. Proche du centre de St Cyprien et de son marché réputé, on peut y aller à pied. Point négatif : moisissure sur les bords de la piscine (mousse verte), propreté approximative des bords de la piscine. Place de parking en bas du gßte sous des arbres

GĂźte au cƓur du PĂ©rigord noir avec piscine chauffĂ©e

La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e car proche de tous les lieux touristiques Ă  voir dans un rayon de 20 Ă  30 km. La piscine est sous abri et bien agrĂ©able lors des fortes chaleurs, notre petit-fils s’y est bien amusĂ©es et nous aussi😊 Le propriĂ©taire est Ă  l’écoute de nos demandes. Le logement pourrait mĂ©riter quelques coups de rafraĂźchissement mais est-ce cela que l’on vient chercher pour les vacances ? Non ! Le gĂźte de Thierry est parfaitement fonctionnel et les piĂšces sont de belles dimensions (en cas de mauvais temps, le salon pourrait ĂȘtre un peu petit
 mais en Dordogne
) Petite terrasse agrĂ©able. Et une piscine incroyable couverte et chauffĂ©e, magnifique ! Magnifique aussi Saint Cyprien et sa rĂ©gion. Thierry et sa femme sont des hĂŽtes trĂšs empathiques, parfaitement disponibles et accueillants

Location largement surévaluée au niveau tarifaire

Le tarif appliqué est bien trop élevé par rapport la qualité de la maison. Terrasse sous bùche plastique. Une chambre qui n'en est pas une. Porte qui ne ferme pas, une autre rafistolé avec un bout de planche. Une cuisine sommaire et mal équipé. Tout cela manque d'entretien. Bref bien trop cher. Sinon maison bien situé, piscine confortable, et deux chambres corrects.

Séjour trÚs agréable

La location est bien située, proche de Sarlat, La Roque-Gageac, Castelnaud et du chùteau des Milandes. Le logement est agréable et spacieux, bien équipé. La piscine couverte et chauffée est un atout non négligeable, surtout avec des enfants. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques. Lors d'un prochain séjour en Dordogne, je retournerai dans ce gßte avec plaisir !

Les enfants ont trÚs fortement apprécié la piscine couverte et chauffée, ce qui est trÚs agréable en cas de pluie. Thierry est de bon conseil sur la région, la gastronomie.
