Views from this fantastic Ocean Front villa begin the moment you walk through the landscaped garden and in the front door - gazing through the bright decor of the living room, out through the comfortable and inviting lanai and over the refreshing swimming pool directly to the magnificent Caribbean Sea. The deck is a welcoming refuge with lounge chairs, hammock, palm trees and, in the evenings, glorious sunsets over the water. Your breath and your worries will be taken away!

Kas LaMar has 3 Bedrooms (all with AC) 2 full Baths and will sleep up to 6 guests in the lap of luxury!

The attention to detail is unsurpassed, from the fully equipped gourmet European Kitchen to the private Dive Gear station with rinse tanks, hanging rod and outdoor shower..

There is everything you could ever want and more....!

The Villa is fully air conditioned. It is Located in the upscale Crown Ridge section of Sabadeco.
Kas LaMar sits right in front of the Andrea 1 Dive Site, which is also one of the best snorkel sites on the island.

It is about 7 minutes by car to Downtown Kralendijk and 6 miles from the Airport .

There is a Full Time, at-your-service property manager.

There is something special about being greeted personally and knowing that someone genuinely cares about your stay. That level of hospitality is one of the reasons we keep coming back.The home itself is beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly well equipped. It truly has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. As divers, we especially appreciate how perfectly the house is set up for diving. Having everything we need to clean, rinse, dry, and securely store our dive equipment each day makes the entire diving experience so easy and convenient.And the view is simply spectacular. The sunsets from the house are unparalleled—we found ourselves looking forward to them every evening. Sitting outside, watching the sun disappear over the water, was one of our favorite parts of the trip.After three stays, this home has become a special part of our Bonaire experience. The property was as described. Marie, the property manager is excellent answering all questions, making suggestions for restaurants, and more. Everything you may need to enjoy a family week vacation is provided. We were there with our adult children and all agreed it was a wonderful week. Diving or snorkeling from the beach below is great, particularly within an hour of sundown.

This is a wonderful villa! We are two couples and there was plenty of room. We ate all breakfasts and dinners in the villa and the kitchen is very well stocked. The view is unbeatable. Entry into the ocean from the shore behind the villa is a little tricky. You definitely need water shoes, but the snorkeling is great! Marie was easy to reach and helpful with any questions. Temperature was great and everything worked. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Bonaire really is paradise!

The villa was beautiful and the view spectacular. There was pool repair next door which was noisy, but not the owners fault. It would have been nice to have more screens on house especially in bedrooms, because I don't like to use air-conditioning. I much rather fall asleep the the sound of ocean. But it was lovely.

This home is absolute perfection. The view is stunning…I mean, jaw dropping gorgeous. Larry, the owner, was extremely easy to reach and went out of his way to make our stay amazing, as did Marie the property manager. All air con was fully functioning and the entire property inside and out was meticulously cared for. There’s a grocery store 2 minutes away which was very convenient as the property has a full kitchen and outdoor grill.

This was our second visit to Bonaire and Reef front divers dream and we hope to return again next year. This is a first class home on the ocean with a great pool, in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to snorkel at Andrea 1 and 2 dive sites. The home has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

This property was high resort quality. The kitchen was well stocked with quality dishes, pots,pans and appliances. The interior was immaculately clean, the private pool a delight and the exterior furniture was comfortable and plentiful. And of course the view was magnificent. This property is exceptional. This was our second year staying at this home and it was just as wonderful as it was last year. The location is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located near many dive sites. The home is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, cleaning stations for your dive equipment outside, all the linens you could possibly need including towels for the pool. The property manager is very responsive in the rare event that we needed anything. I highly recommend.

Great for snorkeling or diving.

We stayed here for a week in early December. This home with its fabulous view is perfect for a couple with kids, but we would have liked to have had a larger second bedroom for our son and daughter in law. The home was very clean and comfortable. Access to Andrea I and II was superb!
