Just steps from the ocean beaches, we offer a comfortable studio apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for a week or more with family or friends, whether you're taking surf lessons or relaxing on the beach. You'll have access to both a covered terrace and an outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying meals and soaking up the sun. The apartment comprises a living area with a sofa bed (160cm) for two (new in 2023) and a TV (no Wi-Fi, but a set-top box can be rented), a dining area on the covered terrace, a fully equipped kitchenette (cooktop, small combination microwave/oven, refrigerator/freezer, and washing machine), a shower room, and a sleeping alcove with a bunk bed (90cm) in the entrance area. There is also a separate toilet for added convenience. While the apartment does not have its own parking, free parking is available nearby. You can park upon arrival and, if you wish, explore everything on foot or by bike during your stay – perfect for enjoying restaurants with your feet in the sand, our cycle paths, and other favorite spots in our region. A sunny holiday awaits!

The accommodation, in a small condominium, is located in a quiet street in Biscarrosse plage, close to the center and the ocean.
A stone's throw from the Dune du Pyla, at the gates of the wide Landes Ocean beaches, you can choose to take advantage of the 220 km of cycle paths, discover the Basin by boat, practice or learn to surf, fly over the Dune in a paraglider, multiply the golf courses, all while tasting the wines and oysters of the region. It's up to you to build your program, according to your desires and your days. There is no doubt that the richness of the region, its natural environment and the diversity of possible activities will contribute to the success of your next vacation.
