About this property

Large, bright house with pool and garden. Close to beaches-Arcachon basin

4-bedroom house, 120 m2, quiet, sunny, for 8 people maximum.

Arrival on Saturday from 4 p.m., departure on Saturday at 10 a.m.

You can enjoy the private heated pool, relax in the sun or have lunch on the shaded terrace protected by a pergola. Garden furniture, deckchairs. The swimming pool is equipped with an alarm. It is also secured by a bar cover.
Children will enjoy the large enclosed garden (900m2): swing with slide, trampoline, table tennis table.

Summer kitchen with gas plancha and charcoal barbecue.

Inside, kitchen open to the dining room with extendable table up to 8 place settings.
Living room with 2 sofas, armchairs. TV, DVD player, internet access.

Bedroom 1: large double bed (160X190)
Bedroom 2: a single bed + its drawer bed.
Bedroom 3: two bunk beds
Bedroom 4: two pull-out beds

2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet:
bathroom 1: shower cubicle, wc, sink
bathroom 2: bath + double sink.

The bed linen is provided.

2 private parking spaces in front of the house.

Complete baby equipment available free of charge on request.

IMPORTANT: we leave our cat on the spot. It is quite independent because we have a cat flap, therefore not very present. However, you will need to give him his kibbles and water every day.
We also have 3 hens in a small chicken coop behind the house: the neighbor can feed them thanks to an independent access (so without entering the garden) if you do not wish to do so. They can be closed or dropped in the garden without problem, so no stress if the children release them!

Children's playground 5 minutes' walk away. Cycle track at the end of the dead end.

- 6kms from the Dune du Pilat
- 7,5kms from the beaches of the basin (Péreire, Le Moulleau, Thiers pier ...)
- 12 kms from Lake Cazaux
- 13kms from the first ocean beaches (Petit Nice)
- 60km of bordeaux.
- 20 minutes from the teich ornithological park.

Many leisure parks nearby (aqualand, kidparc, adventure pool, tree climbing, ladybug), zoo ...

Très chouette séjour très agréable au sein d'une maison très agréable

L'annonce est tout à fait conforme à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place. La maison est très confortable et full équipée. Paulo et Claire sont très à l'écoute en cas de besoin. Les enfants ont adoré s'occuper des poules et de ramasser les oeufs tous les jours. Pouvoir profiter des légumes du potager et des fruits du jardin était également un gros plus !

Very good equiped house. Lots of space. Very friendly owners. Shops closeby (10min drive). Lots to do and see in the neighbourhood. One minor thing: once it gets dark we could not sit outside because we where bitten allover from the mosquito's. Luckely non inside because of windowprotections. Had a great week!

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passés une excellente semaine où tout le confort d'une maison était présent même le matériel de puériculture . Les enfants étaient ravi avec des jouets prêtés du propriétaire . Des propriétaires très gentils et qui nous mettent vite a l'aise ( un grand merci a eux pour leur confiances et discrétion ). Un grand sens du tri écologique qui nous à plus beaucoup et que nous avons suivi ( la planète en a besoin ) . Parcs d'attractions a proximité ainsi que le zoo , plage , et grandes surfaces . Le seul petit bémol c'est qu'il faut prendre la voiture pour tout déplacement . Quartier très agréable , tranquille et voisinage également très sympathique . Dans l'ensemble nous avions étaient ravi et espérons revenir un jour peut être . Nous conseillons cette location pour famille avec enfants ( même en bas âge ) .

Excellentes vacances!! La maison est lumineuse et parfaitement équipée (assez rare pour être signalé!), très adaptée aux enfants (les propriétaires leur avaient même laissé quelques jeux). Grand jardin avec qqs fruitiers qui méritent encore de s'étoffer pour faire de l'ombre mais la pergola permet de passer de très bons moments à l'ombre. Propriétaires sympathiques, voisinage agréable. Le quartier est calme (dans une impasse) et idéalement situé pour avoir accès à toutes les commodités. Tout au bout de la rue: un petit parc pour enfants. La location a répondu à mes attentes (correspondait à la description). Je recommende cette location pour les familles avec enfants.

Excellente location, très honnête

Maison neuve, propre, confortable, bien équipée, entourée d'un joli petit jardin avec mobilier de jardin. Le jardin vient d'être planté, et il doit certes s'étoffer d'arbustes occultant la route (on est effectivement à la vue de tout le monde, c'est assez gênant même si le voisinage est absolument charmant ) et d'arbres fruitiers plus âgés pour créer davantage d'ombre que l'immense parasol rectangulaire et bien pratique. Seul autre regret : la grande route desservant Arcachon est par moment bruyante, on entend un "bruit blanc" pas très agréable. Pour le reste, c'est que du bonheur : literie de qualité, gentillesse des propriétaires, matériel hifi et vidéo complet, ligne de téléphone fixe, accès Internet, électroménager en parfait état (dont sèche-linge), proximité de grandes surfaces et commerce tant qu'on est motorisé, jonction routière rapide vers le Zoo de la Teste, le Parc ornithologique du Teich, le Lac de Cazaux, et les parcs d'attraction pour enfants à Gujan. Arcachon à 9 km.
