One Queen bedroom with two full baths. The condo is just steps from the beach. The living room has a full view of the ocean and pool deck. There’s a pull out queen sofa couch and 2 comfortable recliners. Unit provides a fully equipped Kitchen with a bar and dining table with seating for 6. The Condo has a spacious balcony where you can shore watch or observe companions by the pool or ocean. The condo also has its own washer and dryer. The Royal Gardens has much to offer for entertainment for all ages. Located on the ground level by the pool is a great bar with a very good menu of food for lunch and dinner. Pools are indoor or outdoor with large indoor Jacuzzi. The famous Sam's Corner is just blocks away. Additionally you are just 0.7 mile away from the historic and fun Garden City Pier. The location and amenitites were perfect for me and my family. Additionally its location lends to safe family fun in Garden City , Excellent restaurants in Murrells Inlet , and Shopping abound for all.
What makes this property unique
The view from the unit is priceless and is breathtaking in itself. We have just redone the floors thru out this unit .
Additionally we have replaced all the bedroom furniture including the mattress.
We are confident our guest will be comfortable and well satisfied with this condo and the location with all its has to offer.
