Sea Mystique 402 is located in a quaint, four-story oceanfront complex in Garden City Beach only 300 yards from Garden City Pier. Ride the elevator to this two-bedroom, two-bath unit on the top floor, eliminating any possible noisy overhead neighbors. Sip your morning coffee on the full width balcony while enjoying the spectacular morning sunrise.

This condo features a master bedroom with queen bed, TV and private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds with TV. Lighted ceiling fans in each room help keep the unit comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, cookware, glassware, dishes and utensils. The open floor plan lets the entire family enjoy time together whether in the kitchen or living room. The dining area includes a glass-top table with seating for five. The living room offers a spectacular view of the ocean along with a sofa bed which can sleep two and a TV with BluRay/DVD. There is free WiFi internet and a telephone is available for local calls. Laundry will not be a problem since this unit has its own washer and dryer.

Linens/towels are provided and cleaning fee is $130. Maximum occupancy is six.
