Our 2 bedroom apartment is situated on a hilltop with a spectacular view of Kata and Andaman Sea. The condominium is within a protected compound with 2 outdoor common pools and part of Santosa Detox and Wellness Center.

THE SPACE
Our apartment is ideal for 4 people, 2 couples of friends or a family.
There is a sun lounger and sitting area on the balcony, perfect for sipping sundowners.
The living room is comfortably furnished and with smart TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle.

GUEST ACCESS

The entire apartment is yours. There is no one else to share with.

There are 4 outdoor swimming pools in the compound. 2 of them just a few steps away from the apartment.

There is a free covered car park available.

As the apartment is next to Santosa Detox and Wellness Centre, you can find the juice bar and vegetarian restaurant in walking distance. Their gym is available to use for an extra fee: 100THB per day, 450THB per week and 650THB per month. You can also join their yoga classes for 200THB per time.

There is a shuttle service departing to Kata beach twice a day for 100THB per person per journey. Pickup point is at carpark below the gym. Schedule as below:

Santosa to Kata Beach:
7.30am
4pm

Kata beach to Santosa:
8.30am
5.30pm

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Rate excluded :
- Electricity fees 6THB/1 unit (kWh).
You can expect to pay less than 200THB per day for normal daily usage.
We will take a photo of the official meter when you arrive and another one at check-out. We will kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving.

Cleaning is available upon request for 1000THB per time.

Check in time is after 3pm. If you would like to arrive earlier please kindly ask us. We may be able to welcome you earlier based on availability.

We can arrange airport transfer directly to the apartment (1,000 THB). Payment can be made directly to the driver.
