Our cozy 3 room apartment (63 m2) comfortable and spacious, in the range of Cabourg, less than 50 meters from the sea, the casino and the city center, awaits you!

Treat yourself to a getaway in a poetic place (discover or rediscover Proust), a true emblem of the Belle Epoque ...

(Renovation in late 2017 / early 2018)

DESCRIPTION:
- a master bedroom (15 m2) with a double bed, flat screen TV, USB sockets, storage space and direct access to the bathroom;
- a family room (18 m2), with a double bed, two bunk beds, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, storage space, and a desk area;
- a living room not overlooked, with sofa and dining table with 6 chairs,
- a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, combined oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher ...),
- a bathroom with a very large shower, a sink and a washing machine,
- separate WC.

WIFI available free of charge.

HOUSEHOLD LINEN:
- Are at your disposal: duvets, pillows, mattress covers and additional blankets.
- Sheets are available at an additional cost of € 15 per double bed and € 10 per single bed.
- Towels are not included, but can be rented for € 5 per towel.

DETAILS:
- Apartment on the raised ground floor (only a few steps at the entrance of the residence)
- Free parking in the surrounding streets.

TrĂšs bel appart et super emplacement

L’appart est extrĂȘmement bien situĂ© dans un immeuble trĂšs charmant Ă  2 pas de la mer. Il est spacieux et bien agencĂ©. Il est Ă©galement bien Ă©quipĂ© et la dĂ©co est top. Le lĂ©ger moins: la literie pas ultra confortable. Un peu plus d’équipement pour bĂ©bĂ© aurait aussi pu ĂȘtre super (chaise haute, transat, lit bĂ©bĂ© etc.) MalgrĂ© tout le sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© super et nous reviendrons sans hĂ©siter dans cet appartement.

Bon séjour.

Cet appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, on peut tout faire Ă  pieds. Il est agrĂ©able et la dĂ©coration est dans l’air du temps. Cependant sa situation orientĂ©e au nord fait qu’il est froid car pas de soleil et le linge ne sĂšche pas. Il manque une penderie avec quelques cintres.

Un seul bĂ©mol : l’appartement n’a aucune vue. Il est en rez de chaussĂ©e et donne sur une cour aveugle. Par contre, trĂšs bien situĂ©, Ă  1 min Ă  pied du bord de mer, en plein centre : voiture non utilisĂ©e pendant le sĂ©jour !
