About this property
Gite in the heart of Périgord Noir, ideally located for discovering its treasures
Terraced house of 65m2 on 2 levels, in Dordogne stone fully restored and equipped with every comfort. Capacity: 7 people.
Garden level: Living room with living room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob and electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cookware and dishes for 12 people) - separate toilet and storage - 1 bedroom with a double bed 160, storage and its bathroom area (shower, sink, hair dryer).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with a dressing room, 1 with a double bed 160 and a single bed 90, and 1 other with a double bed 160 - Shared bathroom for the 2 bedrooms with sink, toilet and shower .
Exterior: Personal garden furniture in front of the cottage in the courtyard with shared barbecue, ping pong table.
Shared laundry with washer and dryer.
Common pool of 4 cottages open from mid-May to mid-September of 5 * 10m fully fenced to standards and heated.
Free internet access by wifi.
