On the first of the two floors of this apartment you will find a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds (can be joined together to make a double bed), both with a small balcony overlooking the Columns of San Lorenzo.

A brand-new, fully-equipped, modern fully-equipped kitchen overlooks the spacious living area, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed and flat-screen TV. A refined bathroom with shower completes the first area of the apartment.

By climbing the angular staircase, you will enjoy the true beauty of this apartment, enclosed in the bright veranda and the large terrace that completely surrounds the top floor. Tables and sofas will allow you to spend pleasant moments of conviviality by admiring the city's skyline.

FOR FAMILIES: cot and high chair available on request and subject to availability

FOR NUMEROUS GROUPS: possibility to rent another 4 apartments in the same building (for a total of 28 beds)

MONTHLY BOOKING: registration of the mandatory contract for bookings over 28 nights. The cost of registration (101. € 5) is to be considered charged to the customer

Great location

A clean and spacious apartment for touring Milan. Walking distance to most major attractions and very convenient to food shops. We enjoy cooking some of our meals, and this apartment had a small, but good kitchen for a holiday let. Communication was excellent with property managers and very responsive.

Great location and responsive hosts

Great location in the city! Walkable to everything, food and coffee are close as well as local transport. Two metro lines are right outside the house which we loved but be aware if sound sensitive sleeper. Spacious apt, nice building, having a lift very helpful. We didn't use the terrace at all it was about 10+ degrees warmer and not usable during our stay. AC in all the rooms really made a difference and was much appreciated. Check-in was easy and host informed us on all aspects of house, including if power outage which was very helpful as we had a major storm that took power out briefly. We were so glad he showed us what to do. Washer and dryer work great. Beds very comfortable and nice to have the flexibility to make the king two twins.

Comfortable Stay in Milan

The apartment was a great base to explore Milan. The bedrooms with balconies were wonderful and very comfortable. Washing facilities were helpful. Only comment was the rooftop terrace was too hot to enjoy, which was a shame as it is beautiful and so big! But with no air conditioning it was very hot up there. Overall an excellent experience. The building’s superintendent was very friendly and helpful. Always nice to have a local to give advice. With great restaurants on the same street, it was a good choice for our family. Thank you!
