Nine Vail Road Condos are surrounded by the Four Seasons Hotel, located just across from the Sonnenalp and Sebastian Hotels in Vail Village. Just across the street from the pedestrian area, short walk to Gondola One. There is an onsite pool; hot tub; free WIFI; free garage parking. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

This two bedroom two bath suite features 1067 square feet of living space on two levels; one king bed; two twin beds; full kitchen; deck and common area washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

RESERVATIONS FOR GREATER THAN 20 DAYS, a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions). full payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival: after which, all payments are non-refundable.

FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make final payment by balance due date may result in cancellation of reservation with full forfeiture of payment.

All cancellations must be received in writing.

Fantastic location for walking to Vail Village

Location is amazing, easily within walking distance to Vail Village and Lionshead. Easy check in, dedicated covered parking spot. Overall very nice apartment with main bedroom upstairs. Living room is large and good for watching movies as a family. Gas fireplace kept us plenty warm.

Comfortable condo ar Vail

Nice 2 bedroom condo with vaulted living room ceiling. The heated garage parking and hotel type luggage carts and elevator made for an easy stay. Condo is a very short walk to Vail Village and a pretty short walk to Lionshead. Recommend this condo.

Great location!! Hot tub could have been hotter than the pool & no air conditioning was a let down on 85+ degree days most our stay. Clean and solid communication with host.

All thru my process it showed the unit that was sent w this document. When we arrived it was a completely different unit. Vail realty said the owner of the unit VRBO is still advertising doesn’t rent at all
