Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart, coolers, umbrellas, 2 bicycles, and 2 kayaks with paddles and life vests are provided for added convenience.

Sanibel Island features 22 miles of paved biking and pedestrian trails. Access to hop on this trail system is just a short 4 minute bike ride from the house. J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge is just 2 miles away with a 4.3 mile Wildlife Trail to walk, bike, or drive. There are also miles of kayaking and canoe trails accessible from here. The refuge is part of the largest undeveloped mangrove ecosystem in the United States. It is world famous for its spectacular migratory bird populations.
