The open floor plan of this downtown condo—with skylights and hickory floors—includes a cozy dining area and a living room with comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. And when you’re not taking advantage of the fine dining Carmel is known for, the well-equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The master suite has a King bed, a second fireplace, and a private bath with a large tub and a steam shower. The second guest room has a Queen bed, and the second bath, located in the hall, has a walk-in shower. Why stay in a hotel when you can have a whole condo? Elevator access. Single garage (fits one small/medium car only) in the Carmel Realty lot on Junipero (1/2 block away). Banyan is AWESOME!

Sweet location, walkable to everything! Quiet, comfortable, great bedbrooms and living spaces. It's my new go to when visiting! Debra and team super responsive too! Thanks all for the great set up and time.

Golf Getaway

Christmas in Carmel

This condo was as described, communication with the property manager was prompt and check in was so easy. The location was excellent for walking to shops, restaurants and the beach. (Walking to/from the beach may be a challenge for those with mobility issues as it is a rather steep hill however there is parking at the end of Ocean.) The garage around the corner was convenient. Our rental was a Jeep 4x4 and we had no problems. It is a small space so allowing passengers out of the car before parking is advised. We would consider this rental again in the future.

Great Location and Condo

What a perfect place to stay in Carmel. Centrally located, easy to find and east to get to and from. The condo is spacious and very comfortable. Would come back again!!!
