Toller Urlaub in Canet-Plage

Wir verbrachten zwei erholsame Wochen in der schönen Wohnung in Canet-Plage. Die Lage ist ideal und nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung ist schön hell, liegt in der dritten Etage, die mit dem Lift einfach erreichbar ist. Sie hat zwei Balkone mit jeweils schönem Ausblick. Der Essbereich liegt vor dem Ostbalkon mit herrlicher Sicht auf das Meer. Der Westbalkon gibt den Blick Richtung Pyrenäen frei. Sie ist geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht, dass alles geregelt und vorhanden ist, so dass man sich wohlfühlen kann. Er ist großzügig und lässt einen die Garage im UG mit benutzen, die ebenfalls bequem mit dem Lift erreichbar ist. Jessica hat uns freundlich empfangen, alles gut erklärt und wäre bei Problemen auch jederzeit erreichbar gewesen. Die Wohnung ist toll und empfehlenswert, wir werden wieder kommen.

Drei Wochen Entspannung pur !

Wir haben drei wunderbare Urlaubswochen in dieser herrlich gelegenen Unterkunft verbracht. Super Lage, zwei schöne Balkone, auf denen wir sowohl den Sonnenaufgang als auch den Sonnenuntergang geniessen konnten. Stephane ist ein sehr sympatischer Gastgeber, der jederzeit zu erreichen gewesen wäre. Unser Dank gehört auch Jessica, die es uns ermöglichte, schon um 13:00h in die Wohnung zu gelangen.Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist überragend und wir können sie nur sehr empfehlen. Auch die Garage lässt sich wunderbar nutzen, rückwärts einparken und zur Not einen Seitenspiegel anklappen ! Vielen Dank an Stephane. (Wäre doch nur der weite Weg aus Deutschland nicht) Brigitte und Werner

Perfection!

We fell in love with this dream-like apartment in Canet. Practically situated on the beach, it is cosy, spacious and very well equipped with everything you need for a family stay. We especially appreciated the view - you can enjoy the sun coming up out of the Mediterranean as well as the sunset towards white peaks the Pyrenees. It also has an underground parking space, which is not very large and your car may or may not fit. As we were traveling out of season there were plenty of spaces in the street so that was not a problem. Stephane is a wonderful host, very supportive with everything ranging from check-in/check-out procedures to questions related to equipment in the apartment. He will go out of his way to ensure that everything is going smoothly for you.

LA VUE AU TOP

Nous avons pu prendre l'appartement plus tôt grâce a la disponibilité de Jessica. Très bon accueil. L'appartement dispose de 2 terrasses et il y en a toujours une qui a le soleil , de plus l'appartement étant traversant c'est très bien pour ventiler. La vue est magnifique et la résidence était calme. Nous n'avons pas essayé de garer notre voiture au vue des dimensions du garage mais nous le savions, nous avons toujours trouvé une place à l’extérieur ce doit être plus compliqué en juillet et aout. La communication avec Stéphane a été excellente. Les commerces sont a proximités et on peut louer des vélos électriques au camping voisin. Excellent séjour.

On a passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement, très confortable et spacieux. Cuisine et salon bien équipées, seul petit bémol : le douche peut-être renouvelé. Cet endroit est parfait, en face de la mer et a deux pas aux restos mais calme. Hôte très réactif aux questions et demandes. Merci !

Lovely apartment, great views in a prime location

This is a great apartment, just a few steps from the beach. The apartment is very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen is very well equipped and there is a good range of entertainment (TV, cable, DVD, CD player etc.). The wifi service is also excellent. One of the best features is the dual aspect, having a balcony on both sides means you can sit outside and watch the sunrise while enjoying breakfast, and after a day on the beach, enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset from the other balcony. There are plenty of shops nearby, and some larger supermarkets a very short drive away. This was also a great base from which to explore the local area, we especially liked being so close to the Pyrenees. Trips to Carcassonne and down into Spain are also easy from this location. Communications from the owner were fast and clear, we had a great time here and hope to visit again soon.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé, donnant directement sur la mer avec un repli possible sur la piscine, calme, climatisé( par ces temps de canicule ), bien équipé. Propriétaire à l'écoute et interventions rapides des responsables sur place. Seuls bémols: le garage mériterait quelques centimètres de plus et les branchements tV peuvent poser problème.

Merci de cette appréciation. La dimension du garage figure sur l’annonce. Sinon des solutions de dépannage existent à l’exterŒuf. Pour la tv, il y a a la fois le câble entre le numérique terrestre donc plusieurs décodeurs et télécommandes.
