In Sospel, 15 km from MENTON, GITE DE CHARME CLASSE 3 stars 5 minutes by car from the village (15 minutes on foot via a nice path): The gîte was completely renovated in 2018. The classification carried out in November 2018 by professionals from the Tourist Office guarantees comfort and equipment criteria. It is reserved for rental: you will not find the owners' personal effects there and will benefit from numerous storage spaces.
SOSPEL, a pretty dynamic medieval village nestled between the sea and the mountains, is the ideal place to ask yourself if you wish to alternate between visits to the coast (Menton, Monaco, the Italian Riviera) and outdoor activities (MERCANTOUR hikes, biking, paragliding, horse riding ...).

The "LE BRIN DE PAILLE" lodgings: In a natural area of 1.5 hectares, bordering forests, orchards and pastures, with a 360 ° view of the surrounding mountains, the lodgings are located in an old stone farm renovated. It is a green and relaxing setting. Our property is an LPO (League for the Protection of Birds) refuge. We belong to a regional association which defends sustainable tourism.

The gîte "LA COLLINE", located on the first floor of the building (independent entrance by an external staircase), is designed to accommodate four people.
- The main room: a comfortable open-plan kitchen (multifunction oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, etc.)
- a living room with a comfort sofa bed with “express” opening (very practical use) a dining area - television. WIFI- and a wardrobe
- A large bedroom with an XL bed 160/200 which can be transformed according to your needs into two beds 80/200, a desk, a wardrobe, a balcony with chairs and table.
- Shower room - separate WC
-A floor heating system by heat pump guarantees optimal comfort, even in the coolest seasons.

Très belle propriété dans un cadre magnifique,le village de Sospel et ses environs sont une belle découverte et quel plaisir d'avoir l'Italie à proximité! Le logement est très propre décoré avec gout ,les propriétaires sont sympathiques seul bémol le manque d'intimité et cela devrait être précisé dans l'annonce En effet nous devons pour accéder au logement passer chez les propriétaires, de plus la vue depuis la porte vitrée de l'entrée ainsi que celle des fenêtres du salon donne sur leur jardin où leurs transats sont installés face à nous Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu diner à l'extérieur malgré la chaleur car il n'y avait qu'un seul petit balcon accessible depuis la chambre sans éclairage le terrain mis à notre disposition était assez éloigné de l'appartement les escaliers étant assez raides ça n'aurait pas été pratique de dresser la table et de la débarrasser dommage qu'il n'y ait pas au moins une terrasse coté cuisine tout aurait été parfait pour nous c'est la raison pour laquelle je n'ai attribué qu'un trois sur cinq à la précision de l'annonce qui n'est selon moi par parfaitement conforme à la réalité
