Great location

This well equipped apartment is right off of Oktogon. Great location to walk most of Pest. But also convenient to the M1. Two bath rooms One of which is an en suite. Additional sleeping in the living room, but it was just my husband and self stayed there. Great communications with the host instead of a management company, which makes a difference. Highly recommend.

The apartment was nice enough but like most of the residential properties in Budapest it's a rectangular shaped building with an inner courtyard. It felt quite claustrophobic, as the apartment is ground level and you don't get much daylight. In saying that it was a short walk to a the main street and was very quiet. The bins are at the entrance within the building and they gave off quite a stench although they are not near the apartment itself. The description of this apartment is spot on and it is clean enough. There is a coffee maker but I personally like a cup of tea. I had to boil a pot of water as there is no kettle which was quite odd as there is a washing machine and a dishwasher. Good value for money as it is very reasonably priced.

OTTIMO APPARTAMENTO, OTTIMA POSIZIONE

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento con il mio compagno e i miei due figli adolescenti dal 30 dicembre 2016 al 7 gennaio 2017. Casa accogliente e funzionale, soprattutto per la presenza di due bagni. Posizionata in contesto molto tranquillo. Nelle vicinanze banche, ristoranti, fast food, supermercato, negozietti alimentari aperti fino a tardi. Ottima la posizione sia per la metropolitana che per muoversi a piedi. Unico problema, la lavatrice non funzionante per tutto il periodo del soggiorno, con conseguente grande disagio ... per il resto giudizio più che positivo, appartamento ben riscaldato e fornito di ogni comfort.

Location où l'on se sent bien. La décoration est soignée. La cuisine est bien équipée. La literie est de qualité (couchage ferme). Chauffage agréable pour l'hiver et clim pour la période estivale. L'emplacement de cette location est idéal ! Rue très calme tout à côté d'un quartier qui bouge avec boutiques, restaurants etc.... l'accès aux différents points touristiques peut se faire à pied sans problème. (20 minutes à pied du parlement maximum). Sinon possibilité de prendre le tramway ou le métro situé à proximité immédiate de l'appartement. Dominique et Aliz sont très avenants et l'accueil est excellent !!! L'accueil en français est un plus pour ceux qui ne maîtriseraient pas l'anglais. Les petits conseils sont un plus !!! Un grand merci en passant à ce gentil couple aux petits soins pour leurs clients. Pour la visite de la ville : prévoir en avance les visites de l'opéra qui sont vite complètes ! Idem pour le parlement. Pour ce dernier, cela peut se faire en ligne depuis la France ou bien sur place en allant imprimer le billet (il y a une sorte de cyber café en sortant de l'immeuble à droite première rue à gauche, à 50 m environ, cela coûte 50 forints). je recommande vraiment cette location ! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Un appartement aux multiples avantages

Nous avons logé durant une semaine dans l'appartement de Dominique qui est très bien équipé et également très bien situé en centre ville à proximité du métro. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir, Dominique le propriétaire nous avait communiqué beaucoup de renseignements utiles. Il a même pris soin de nous rendre une petite visite ! A recommander ce que j'ai déjà fait auprès d'un ami qui envisage de découvrir à son tour cette bille ville de Budapest !

central location , perfect price

I booked this apartment for my 21 yo daughter. I wanted this to be safe because she travelled by herself. Berofe I was able to speak on the phone with the owner and he assured me that the location is very safe. My daughter liked it, she saaid it was clean and the location is very central- walking distance to the biggest mall, stores, Vaci utca, Parlment ect. Highly recommended!

Clear instructions for arrival. Apartment pictures are accurate. Very clean. Courtyard is being renovated but should be very nice soom when finished. Enjoyed location because near subway but did not feel like in tourist area. Great walking and restaurants with outdoor seating nearby. Grocery close. Prompt return of deposit money.

Great selection for our 4 night stay. Easy access to subway, grocery and multiple outdoor restaurants on a pedestrian street. Very Clean. Pictures are accurate. Clear directions for arrival and met by English speaking family. I would recommend this property highly. Prompt return of deposit. Courtyard was being renovated but looks to be very nice.

Vacances de rêve

Budapest mérite vraiment son surnom de "perle du Danube" : partout l'architecture est raffinée et élégante, la ville et ses nombreux monuments sont chargés d'histoire; c'est une ville où on s'y sent bien, où on mange bien, et où on peut réellement se délasser dans les nombreux bains aux sources chaudes et revigorantes. Il fallait donc un appartement à la hauteur de ce descriptif de rêve pour compléter à merveille notre séjour! Et bien nous l'avons trouvé, grâce à notre hôte Dominique, qui non seulement nous a proposé un magnifique appartement peu onéreux et décoré avec goût, mais en plus situé idéalement en coeur de ville, dans un havre de paix. Nous avons en plus profité de ses précieux conseils lors de la navette qu'il a assurée entre l'aéroport et l'appartement, nous permettant de découvrir dans les meilleurs conditions et dès notre arrivée un aperçu de la ville et de ce qu'il était recommandé de faire en fonction de notre séjour et de nos envies. Bien que doté d'un guide touristique réputé, je peux vous assurer que bon nombre des conseils prodigués par Dominique, tant en terme de restaurants que de bons plans à faire et de "pièges à touristes" à éviter, n'étaient référencés nulle part dans mon guide. Résultat : nous avons eu l'impression d'être des touristes privilégiés!!! Je recommande donc vivement cette adresse, et surtout son propriétaire, qui au besoin a différents appartements à proposer. En conclusion, et je reprends ses paroles quand nous avons découvert l'appartement : "je l'ai pensé et équipé de la même manière que je souhaiterais être reçu moi-même quand je voyage à l'étranger". Il a raison, et c'est réussi!!!

Ottima scelta!

Siamo stati a Budapest in estate a fine Luglio e abbiamo alloggiato in questo confortevole appartamento. Ottimo per 4 persone ma anche per una famiglia con 3 figli. I due bagni , i comodi posti letto e la buona pulizia rendono il soggiorno molto piacevole. Si trova in una zona dalla quale è facile raggiungere i principali posti d'interesse. È vicina a supermercati e luoghi di ristorazione e per chi va in macchina può trovare dei parcheggi a pagamento comodi da raggiungere a piedi. Nelle vicinanze trovate anche le fermate dei bus turistici drop on-drop off ( ce ne sono diversi tipi) che personalmente consiglio a chi ha poco tempo e magari figli con se. Permettono di conoscere il più possibile della città senza troppo stress e hanno dei prezzi abbastanza vantaggiosi rispetto ai canoni europei.

Alloggio molto confortevole, città piena di vita e cultura e terme meravigliose

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione centrale, pulita a confortevole con le indicazioni fornite è facilmente raggiungibile. Non abbiamo avuto nessun problema tranne con il codice d'ingresso ma si è risolto tutto in un attimo. Purtroppo avevamo solo 3 giorni pieni per visitare, siamo stato al castello, al museo nazionale, al parlamento ed abbiamo girato un po' il centro che era molto vivace anche per la presenza dei mercatini di natale, poi un paio di pomeriggi alle terme che sono davvero grandiose, ci vorrebbe almeno un settimana, non abbiamo visto la casa del Terrore, l'isola Margherita, il teatro dell'opera, la sinagoga e museo ebraico e le altre 2 terme imperdibili: le Rudas e le Gellert. Peccato per il cielo sempre grigio, solo uno sprazzo di sole ci ha mostrato come sarebbe luminoso il centro con i suoi palazzi in pietra chiara.

El apartamento cumple las expectativas que teníamos, dispone de todas los equipamientos necesarios. Se sitúa en una zona muy céntrica. Hemos tenido un muy amable recibimiento por parte los propietarios y encargados del apartamento. También nos ayudaron con el traslado al aeropuerto. El único pequeño inconveniente que se le podemos poner es los accesos comunitarios que son viejos.
