Oceanwood 109 is a pleasant two bedroom, two bathroom townhome located in a quiet little condominium complex. This unit places you just a few steps from the island’s best beaches as well as a short walking distance to some favorite shops and restaurants.
The bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is a King in the master bedroom and a set of twin beds in the second bedroom. There is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa downstairs.
CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• One (1) dog is permitted in the condo with a non-refundable pet fee
• Parking is provided for two spaces directly in front of the unit's entrance which faces Wood Avenue.
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
