Endless beach walking opportunities. Views of South and North Manitou Islands. The whole area is surrounded by the Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore Park.

Only 30 minutes to Traverse City. Numerous activities in the area along with wine tours. The Crystal River and the Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore Park surround you for that nice up north get-away feeling.

Extra large deck for outdoor entertaining, cooking or enjoying the views. This is an excellent property for family activities.

Amazing Lake Michigan Getaway

We had an amazing Labor Day weekend stay in Glen Arbor. The property was perfect for the 4 of us. With great direct access to the beach and stunning views that created memories for a lifetime. Bill was a great host & very helpful with all of our questions/concerns!

2023 beach get away

The property was nice, it is right on the beach as listed, unfortunately we stayed while the condo comlex right next door was doing construction,. Construction was everyday from 7 am until 630 pm with loud sawa, nail guns, construction workers shouting and playing loud music all day. This was NOT the quiet get away at the beach we were looking for. The host 2as also rude to my adult children when they went into his Quickstop for some beverages, not quite a premeir host but i am hoping that was a one off. Host did walk us thru the property on arrival, but host was alo upset when we arrived for our 3 pm check in and he said we were really early. Check in listed on vrbo as 3 pm. Host said check in was 530 pm. When i showed him the vrbo listing he was argumentative and said " that is just what they put". Host overall act too bothered with guest. Disappointing stay.

Great Location with beautiful views

Had a great stay and loved the large deck overlooking Lake Michigan. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Easy in and out of Glen Arbor and day trips to Traverse City and Leelanau. Beautiful sunsets every night.

The best view in Glen Arbor

Every sunset was amazing this trip! To view them from your large, incredible deck - perfect! Our week up in GA was the best one yet and this property delivered! Fabulous location that met all of our needs. We will be back!

Great except for the beach!

We enjoyed our 3 nights in this lakefront resort. Bill escorted us to the home and oriented us well for our stay. Home is well stocked with kitchen items, towels, etc. Location offers much privacy with great views. Private beach area although quite disappointing and unfortunate, alewives had washed up on the beach and made the beach unusable. We would have planned our trip differently had we have known that.

Nice place. Great view of the lake, only steps away from the water. Close to town and the shopping and eating there. Great for a couple or a small family. Not really for multiple couples or families, since the 2 bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom and the basement bed and bathroom are not comfortable or ideal.

Beautiful view and beach

Just as listed, beach and view were awesome! Great location. Probably not the rental if you have smaller kids due to the stairs and glass tables. 3rd bedroom is in finished basement so our boys just shared the 2nd upstairs bedroom so no one had to be downstairs alone. Bill and his wife were very nice and helpful.

Had the most wonderful time- the house was perfect for our group and we all enjoyed the most gorgeous sunsets my family has ever seen, while munching on smores from the beach fire pit. Can't wait to return and will stay here again for sure!

This is a terrific property. Right on Sleeping Bear Bay, with sunset views of South Manitou Island and the Dunes. Incredibly private, which is unusual for luxury homes on Lake Michigan near popular towns / attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Life on the Beach

Great home. Fabulous kitchen with all the utensils and seasonings. Property manager was very helpful with any issue. Family loved the privacy and beach area. Great deck with many chairs and loungers. Close to town and shopping. Kitchen TV lost ROKU but the main living room TV worked great with a 100 channels or more. House and amenities made for a very nice family beach vacation.

Summer getaway

We loved this house and the town of Glen Arbor. We live in Chicago and have been to Southwest Michigan beaches but never this far north. Beautiful town, friendly people, and very lovely home. We'll definitely return.
