Quiet environment, This spacious house has been tastefully restored, respecting its original character. The interior design and decoration has been particularly careful to offer you a quality service and high-end comfort. We will be delighted to welcome you to this friendly and warm house !!
This house is located very close to the sea, ideally placed for visiting Portbail, Barneville Carteret, Mont St Michel, the Channel Islands, Jersey, Guernsey. A place of choice for water sports, (sand yachting, Kitesurfing, sea trips, fishing, sailing ....
The rooms are very spacious with very good quality bedding
A large convivial kitchen to have a good time over a drink !!!
The house is equipped with wifi, 2 TV (living room and dining room)
a toilet on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor
everything is there for a pleasant stay !!

Très belle location

Rémy, le propriétaire a réalisé une très belle rénovation de cette maison typique normande. Les prestations sont de qualités et on se sent bien dans la maison, qui est très grande et propre (4 chambres, 2 toilettes, une grande cuisine bien aménagée…). Seul bémol, une seule grande salle de bain avec douche. À quatre c’est bien mais à huit cela doit nécessiter une bonne organisation 😉… Un très agréable séjour.

Great Stay

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Remy came out to change the gas bottle in the evening for which we were very grateful. Ideal location for us, overall we would genuinely recommend this house.
