Charming apartment located on the 3rd floor of a private residence in the heart of the village of Cordon, with an area of 85 m2 (55 m2 according to square law), 900 m. altitude with breathtaking views of Mont-Blanc. Located next to the Baroque church, the Casino grocery store, the La Ruche restaurant (pizzas, local cuisine) and the Tourist Office. Free parking in front of the residence. In winter, a free shuttle leaves 100 m away. from the residence and take you to the slopes of the ski area (between 1150 and 1600 m. above sea level). In summer, many possibilities for walks.

Très bel appartement cosy avec tout le confort et même plus: une bouteille de vin blanc et de champagne de bienvenue. Appartement très propre, vue magnifique sur le massif du Mont Blanc. Un seul petit bémol 3ème étage sans ascenseur, ce qui est un peu difficile pour des personnes d’un certain âge. À part cela tout est parfait et le propriétaire très accueillant. Location à recommander.

Logement parfaitement situé et fonctionnel

Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis par les propriétaires qui nous ont prodigué de précieux conseils. La location, très fonctionnelle, bénéficie d’un accès adapté car elle est au pied des commerces, office de tourisme et arrêt navette. C’est une station parfaitement adaptée pour les familles et débutants. Bref, c’était une semaine géniale !!

Séjour entre amis super agréable.

Immeuble situé au cœur de Cordon, a proximité de tout. L’appartement est très bien agencé avec tout ce que l’on peut souhaiter au niveau du confort et la vue imprenable sur le mont blanc et autres. Propriétaires très prévenant et c’est agréable d’être accueilli avec de quoi se désaltérer.

Un accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires. L'appartement est très agréable et très bien équipé, il ne manque rien pour cuisiner, se reposer, ... Cela permet de profiter à 100% de ce moment de vacances. L'agencement permet aux parents et aux enfants d'avoir leur propre espace. Voir le soleil se lever sur le mont blanc au petit déjeuner est fantastique ! L'appartement se situe au centre de Cordon donc à proximité de tout.
