Beautiful two master suite, condo, in HERMOSA PALMS. 4 week minimum lease .

Beautiful condo on 2nd floor with 3rd floor veranda that has amazing views of the ocean. A 2 minute walk to beach club and pool. Reservation includes 4 passes to Beach Club which has amazing pool, spa, restrooms and YO YO's pool side bar. There is 24 hour security, full house, water system, internet, and cable. There is a laundry area with washer/dryer, full kitchen, living and dining area. The property is full of fruit trees from papayas to avocados. All you need is your bathing suit.!!!

Great place for both family and surf

Had a wonderful time staying at this property. The gated community felt safe and is right next to a great surf break. The house was exactly as it was described. Would definitely recommend to any surfer who is looking for a place that can accommodate a family or significant other!

Why they chose this property

This property has the opportunity to have multiple family gatherings as downstairs is the 1 br 1 bath fully private apartment and upstairs is a 2br 2 bath apartment with a 3rd floor veranda.

What makes this property unique

The uniqueness of our property is the multi uses for a single person up to an extended family. The 1 br downstairs is great for a single person or a couple with a small child. It is very private, has its own private entrance and a private patio that is surrounded with Costa RIca vegetation and flowers. The upstairs - a separate entrance and very private has two large master suites with a beautiful third floor veranda that is very private and peaceful a great pace to unwind, have breakfast with Poncho- the resident monkey or watch the stars at night time. The Casa Azul Luna - Blue Moon lights up at night with blue lights which against the tropical white painted casa is amazing.
The property is a short walk - 2 minutes to the pool and beach front. The beach is Playa Hermosa and is one of the best surfing beaches in Costa Rica. The black sand is absolutely beautiful. You can walk for miles collected sand dollars, enjoying the wild life - the hundreds of birds that inhabit Costa Rica.

The community is 24hour security in a gated community. The Beach Club is home to a small spa - great for massages beach side, a small convenience store, and Facos Surf board rentals.
