Close to all shops and activities we can do everything on foot. In addition, the place is calm to rest, and especially a direct access to the beach without road to cross. Returning directly from the beach, enjoy the terrace facing the sea to enjoy with family or friends, a hearty aperitif, or a grill prepared on the barbecue at your disposal. An ideal place for leisure and relaxation without constraint.

Great location, property needs serious upgrade

Great location, convenient layout, but only 1 toilet! For 4 adults it presented a great inconvenience. Both bathrooms were very small, but equipped with all necessary stuff. Kitchen is great, all appliances are in working condition. We enjoyed cooking and eating on the balcony around a big table. Place needs a good cosmetic upgrade. Otherwise our stay was great, communication was excellent, parking was available, and we appreciate all the efforts from the owner to make our stay comfortable.

la maison a un superbe emplacement face a la mer avec un portillon qui donne accÚs directement sur le front de mernous étions en rez de chaussé joli terrasse couverte pas de barbecue mais une petite plancha électriquelogement de vacance fonctionnel bien équipé avec petite douche dans les 2 chambres et lavabo dans la chambre enfant

L’environnement, l’accĂšs direct Ă  la plage et la terrasse sont top. PiĂšces de taille correcte sauf wc (minuscules et aucune vmc). La vue sur mer vous n’avez qu’une chance sur deux de l’avoir et vous le dĂ©couvrez Ă  l’arrivĂ©e. Pour nous ce fut sans, car on nous a donnĂ© le rez-de-chaussĂ©e. Dommage c’est ce qui m’avait attirĂ©e. Point noir : un sĂ©rieux problĂšme d’humiditĂ©. Dommage car le potentiel est lĂ .

TrĂšs bel appartement, du cachet, bien situĂ©, agrĂ©able Ă  vivre mĂȘme hors saison. La salle Ă  manger est un peu petite pour 6 mais la terrasse lui donne de l'espace. Logement trÚs bien placé, face à la plage et à distance à pieds de tous les commerces; Bien équipé (terrasse, table de jardin, transats, barbecue, ...) avec toutefois un bémol sur le ménage qui visiblement n'est pas fait réguliÚrement ; Cependant, le propriétaire a su réagir en nous remboursant les frais de ménage ce qui n'enlÚve en rien le fait que nous avons dû nettoyer en entrant
