Sweet Cottage

I stayed at this quaint property with my family for a few nights. The house is quite pleasant in a very quiet area within a short drive of many lovely places. We enjoyed the sunny pool area and the character and charm of this historical home. Our hostess was very kind and responsive throughout our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Couldn't get any better

Beautiful house in a quaint little village. Very quiet and plenty of room for our group of 5 adults. Pool was fabulous during the hot weather. Our host, Dominique, was amazing when we had a medical emergency to deal with and our son had to be admitted to a nearby hospital. She couldn't have been more helpful and understanding during a stressful time for us. Hope we get a chance to go back sometime to enjoy this fantastic part of France.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines à Saint-Pons-la-Calm avec notre bébé d'un an et demi. La maison était parfaite, tout l'équipement pour bébé était là, la cuisine est très fonctionnelle, les chambres très belles et bien agencées et l'extérieur est idéal!Coup de cœur pour cet endroit et la région où nous avons passé de douces et paisibles vacancesMerci encore pour tout!

Très jolie maison rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, confortable, le charme de l’ancien préservé dans une ambiance familiale et genereuse. La Maison est très bien équipée. Ambiance calme et paisible et malgré la chaleur du mois d’août la maison est restée fraîche. La piscine ( chauffée) est certes plutôt petite mais un vrai bonheur pour se rafraîchir. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, la région est magnifique avec beaucoup d’activités et de visites aux alentours ( Pont du Gard, Uzes, et beaucoup d’autres très jolis villages à découvrir, canoë…) .

Séjour en famille

Un séjour au top dans une maison très accueillante et bien équipée. La piscine est très agréable. Hélène et son époux, qui sont en charge de la maison, sont d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables. Je recommande!

Schönes uriges Haus, liebevoll hergerichtet

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings können sich größere Menschen an den niedrigen Türen (ich würde schätzen ca 1,80m) leicht den Kopf stoßen.Unsere Kinder hätten am liebsten Tag den ganzen Tag im Pool verbracht. Die Terrasse ist am Abend schön schattig.Parken direkt am Haus ist nicht möglich, dennoch findet man in den Straßen in der Nähe immer irgendwo ein Plätzchen.

Traumhaus

Auf der Suche nach einem charmanten Haus in Südfrankreich in ruhiger Umgebung sind wir bei Dominique und Olivier fündig geworden! Bei der Ankunft wartete ein leckerer Rosé auf dem Tisch auf uns, vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Mit 7 Personen (darunter 3 Kinder im Alter zw 1,5-14) war dieses Haus perfekt für uns. Der Pool war eine Erfrischung für Groß und Klein. Die Kommunikation mit Dominique war immer zügig und freundlich, um kleinere Anfragen wurde sich sofort gekümmert - in diesem Zuge durften wir auch die liebe Hélène kennenlernen. Vom Ort aus erkundeten wir die Gegend: konnten die letzten Lavendel-Felder in Sault sehen, Flamingos in der Camargue, Wasserfälle, römische Aquädukte und charismatische Orte.. Dominique und Olivier : euer Haus ist ein Schatz, ich bin noch immer verzaubert von eurer geschmackvollen Inneneinrichtung! Habt vielen Dank, wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! In diesem Sinne - merci bien et à la prochaine :) Claudia und Familie

A very lovely place to relax

I stayed here with my family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers) in mid-June. This was a perfect place to stay for a few days after long days of touring the Roman ruins in the area. There is no air conditioning, but I imagine that is not a problem for most of the year. Furthermore, the plunge pool was a very welcome way to cool down. After swimming, I was able to relax by the pool, just taking in the gorgeous surroundings and the noises of early evening. A memory I have recorded in my mind for next time I become stressed with work :) The house itself is beautiful and so calm. The host was always very responsive, and the person helping nearby (Hélène) was delightful. We really enjoyed our stay here and recommend it highly!

Petit havre de paix dans le Gard

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans la ravissante maison de Dominique et Olivier. La communication a été très facile du début à la fin. Helene sur place est également disponible. La maison est spacieuse, confortable et possède beaucoup de cachet ! Il y a tout le nécessaire pour s’y sentir comme chez soi. De plus, l’extérieur avec la piscine est vraiment super ! Nous recommandons mille fois ! 😊

Quiet and serene

it is a lovely, old property in the center of a very tiny and quiet village in the Gard. The house had most everything you would need for your stay (except air conditioning for a hot summer visit). We easily visited several other villages nearby, some by bicycle, and generally enjoyed a nice quiet holiday. We enjoyed using the ample kitchen and the back patio with grill and pool was very private.

Maison très agréable à vivre, dans un endroit très calme

On a rencontré personne ni à l'arrivée ni au départ. Un accueil avez une personne serait plus chaleureux. La demande de laver les draps et de refaire les lits le jour du départ n'est pas acceptable.

Bonjour Geneviève. J’ai lu commentaire ce matin. Nous louons la maison dans un esprit positif. Nous demandons à une dame du village de faire le ménage entre deux locations, et elle a un autre travail la semaine donc il n’est pas toujours possible de rencontrer les locataires à l’arrivée ou au départ. Vous aviez demandé le code de la boîte à clé, ce qui peut sous entendre que vous ne souhaitiez pas rencontrer quelqu’un, certains locataires préfèrent ne voir personne. D’autres qui souhaitent rencontrer une personne pour échanger avec elle nous en font la demande. Nous respectons tous les choix et nous faisons toujours au mieux pour les locataires Je n’ai pas compris que vous ayez nettoyé les draps car personne ne vous a demandé cela ? Ni de refaire les lits ? J’espère malgré tout cela que votre séjour était agréable dans notre charmante maison Bonne semaine

geweldig dorpshuis

wat een geweldig huis! warm, gezellig, luxe, prachtige styling en zeer compleet ingericht. de vrijdag avond in het dorp was super gezellig... muziek, eten, drinken en een lokaal marktje. Uzes is werkelijk een aanrader om naar toe te gaan. TOP week gehad!

Très agréable weekend

Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants et nous avons passé un excellent weekend. La maison était parfaitement adaptée et très bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et la cours extérieur. L'endroit est très calme et la communication avec les propriétaires parfaite.
