This beautiful three bedroom Lighthouse Villa is part of the exclusive block 1, featuring the closest location to the Beach Club and fantastic semi-private pool. No need to worry about beach parking when you are just a short walk away-even closer when using the free bikes we provide. Many recent updates, an open floorplan with two living areas, and sunny exposure make this property an ideal place to relax and reconnect.

Families rave about the extra seating, proximity to the pool and beach, tall vaulted ceilings and eclectic decor. #5 Lighthouse comes with many extras: Free clay court tennis time at South Beach, a free pass to a local fitness center with a variety of classes, free reliable WIFI, and of course two free bikes for exploring Sea Pines. The layout is ideal for multi-generational visits. The first floor primary en suite was remodeled in 2024 and has a walk in shower and a king bed. Upstairs you'll find a queen bedroom, the guest bath, and a room with a large desk and twin trundle beds that separate. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.
Enjoy the beautiful golf view, and the leisure trails and forest preserve for some wildlife and tranquility. Or head to the beach or Harbor Town for fun in the sun. Park right by front door and enjoy the ease and security of digital key-less entry. Your Sea Pines gate pass will be mailed to you whenever possible-no lines to wait in or travel for check in.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

There is no need to take trash cans to the curb as the garbage men in Sea Pines come into the service yard to collect it. Please keep the lids closed securely as we have raccoons here. Thanks!
