Our condo is located in a calm quiet complex conveniently located in Central Mammoth Lakes. With amenities like grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, liquor store, bowling alley all within walking distance. The Mammoth Transit Red Line is close by if you want to go car free. Access to the ski area is a short distance away. The condo is located next to beautiful Mammoth Creek Park . The condo is upstairs. The first level has a large bright updated kitchen with plenty of seating for everyone. A large comfortable living room that has also been remodeled. The living room has a large 60" cable television. The first level also has a bedroom with an attached bath that includes a king size bed, and a large screen television. the second level you will find 3 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom. two of the bedrooms have queen beds with memory foam mattresses. The third upstairs bedroom has 2 bunk beds. Each has a full bed below and a single above. All the bedrooms have large screen televisions. Hi speed wireless internet is also provided for all your needs. After a long day of your favorite activities, you can enjoy a soak in the Jacuzzi or in the summer take a dip in the pool. The pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes Labor Day weekend. We are located adjacent to Mammoth Creel Park. Mammoth Creek Park that offers a beautiful creek, a large new playground , ice rink, the Community Recreation Center, and walking paths. Sometimes you may see a deer or two from the living room or kitchen windows. Mammoth Creek is a great little fishing spot and a short walk from the condo. We are close to Hayden Cabin which offers varies summer activities. Take the town loop trail which travels right past the condo. From this trail you can access many areas in Mammoth. If you enjoy hiking. There are numerous hiking trails in the Mammoth area. Take some time to go to the lakes basin and check out any one of the 5 lakes in this area. Tamarack Lodge is located at Twin Lakes. This is an historic lodge located in Mammoth. From the lodge you'll have a great view of Twin Falls. Boat and Kayak rentals are available at many of the lakes in this area. You may want to go down to Reds Meadow and check out Devils Post Piles. Take a short hike to Rainbow Falls while in this area. You may be required to take a bus into Reds Meadow. Check out the current requirements.
If you want to venture away from Mammoth check out the Hot Creek, Magee Creek, Convict Lake, June Lake, Lundy Canyon, Virginia Lake, or the Rock Creek area. The east entrance into Yosemite and Tioga Pass is a little more than 30 minutes away. You can make Yosemite a day trip from Mammoth.

fantastic home that the pictures do not do justice. Room set up was perfect for large family. Great communication with friendly and helpful owner. They thought of everything including cookware, glass/plastic ware, games etc. Easy to control thermostats, TVs etc. pool, jacuzzi and laundry nearby as well. We had a great time and hope to return in the future.

Awesome stay

The place was perfect! It was stocked with everything we needed... Towels, extra blankets and pillows, a big shovel, full kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and the bunk bed room was so fun for the kids! Bunk beds usually make me nervous, but these were the best I've seen - super safe and sturdy. Location is great...a hill in the backyard for sledding, hot tub fairly close, and a close drive to town and the mountains. We were even able to check in early on a holiday weekend. Communication was great and the check in and check out processes were easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Luxe, Great Condo Near Skiing

This condo was great. Very elegant, well appointed with everything we needed including a bunk room for 5 seventeen year old boys. One thing not in description is the 1st floor bathroom is EN SUITE with a jack and jill set-up so you can have privacy but also other guests can use the bathroom as a powder room. Worked out super well. Beds are very, very comfie. Kitchen has all you need plus more. Very close to a shuttle stop and the skiing slopes - 3 minutes to a dropoff. Close to groceries. Extra blankets, extra heaters, warm, lovely fireplace. We were very happy with our stay. Owners good communication, too.

Perfect condo for our group of 6 adults and 4 toddlers. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The only bummer was the new thunder dome being built which ruins the view, but that can’t be blamed on Ron. Overall a great place!

Thankful for hospitality

We got there in the middle of the snow storm😀 and we are so thankful that we were allowed to check in earlier to keep ourselves warm. The house and location was perfect, the kids were able to enjoy snow play in the park behind it for Christmas morning when the sun finally came out! 😁 It's close to Vons as well which made everything easier. There was an emergency on the day we were checking out, yet even after check out, they were still kind enough to help us figure things out and we did not feel "alone" in the midst of crisis. We are truly grateful!!

Perfect cozy condo for a big group

Our group of two families of 5 had a wonderful stay in this tastefully decorated, sparkling clean condo! The younger kids LOVED the bunk room. And the other three rooms with queen beds were perfect for the older kids and adults. Beds were all super comfy, with extra pillows and blankets in the closets. Modern bathrooms had good water pressure, plenty of hot water for everyone, and more than enough soft, fluffy towels. I also appreciated the multitude of hooks by the front door and in every room. Sounds silly, but those really helped us keep everyone’s gear organized and up off of the floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, and gadgets for all your cooking needs. Even had the basics like olive oil, salt & pepper, etc. The condo is not huge, but is laid out perfectly for ten people to be comfortable. Plenty of seating in the living room and a nice big table with bench seats in the kitchen. We loved the fireplace, which gave the place such a nice cozy mountain vibe. Also enjoyed the easy WiFi & TV/streaming service access. A note on the construction… yes, there is construction happening right behind the condo. NO, it did not bother us one bit! The windows and slider door are good quality and blocked out basically all of the construction noise. We absolutely loved our stay here! Ron was a very gracious host, providing detailed instructions and always quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend this condo and look forward to staying here again!

Cozy Mammoth Gem!

Our family enjoyed our summertime stay and loved the decor! The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The bunk room was a hit for the kids, bedrooms were comfy and cozy for the adults. Loved that we could walk to the hiking paths, restaurants, and Hayden Cabin. Our overall experience was great and the condo was comfortable except for the excessive heat that made it difficult to cool the place. Also not enough toilet paper was left for eight peoples use.

Construction downfall

The condo was wonderful. Very clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated and in a great location. Unfortunately, we were woken up at 5:30 am by the construction directly behind the unit. Thursday and Friday mornings were rough but the weekends, without construction, was very nice.

Hi my name is Ron. My wife Carol and have been enjoying all Mammoth Lakes has to offer for close to 60 years. Mammoth is where I meet Carol more than 40 years ago. We have two grown children and a Golden Retriever named Porter. My parents would bring me to Mammoth Mountain when I was a child, and yes that was a long time ago. I can remember using a rope tow next to Chair 1 aka Broadway Express in the late 60's. We enjoy skiing in the winter and hiking, biking, fishing and exploring in the summer. We enjoy day trips to places like Yosemite, June Lake, Bridgeport's Twin Lakes, Lundy Canyon etc. Mammoth is a special place for us. Where many memories have been made over many years. We hope everyone can spend time in this great place and make lifelong memories.

Why they chose this property

Large, updated condo 4 bedroom condo. Centrally located in Mammoth Lakes. The balcony has a small table a a couple chairs to enjoy the outdoors from the condo. Parking is unassigned right outside the condo. The condo has High speed wireless internet with cable TV. The pellet fireplace keeps the condo warm and comfy in the winter. I have provided fans if needed for the summer time. You will find all the necessary items in the kitchen. Mixing bowls, pots, pans, baking sheets, plates, bowls cups, glasses, wine glasses, Knifes, Forks and Spoons. There is a coffee maker, toaster, blender, tea kettle etc. Fresh linens and bedding are provide for your stay.
