The UHC SOL I MAR FAMILY COMPLEX is situated in a privileged setting in Salou. Just a few steps from Paseo Miramar and Playa de Ponent. It is an old and unique building in Salou. It has been completely refurbished with great taste, preserving its great modernist value.



LAYOUT:

- Bright living-dining room with double sofa bed.

- Large terrace.

- Fully equipped independent kitchen.

- Master bedroom suite style with double bed and private bathroom.

- Bedroom with 2 single beds.

- Second bathroom with bathtub.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Group bookings are not accepted.

- Outdoor communal swimming pool, seasonal. (On the building's rooftop)

- Optional parking with supplement. (Not suitable for large vehicles)

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.

- Due to the natural characteristics of the surroundings and Mediterranean climate, especially during the warm season, the occasional presence of insects may occur. If you detect any issues during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible so we can review it and take appropriate measures. As a preventive measure, we recommend not leaving food scraps and taking out the rubbish daily.

La Playa de Ponent, awarded the Blue Flag, offers excellent services such as sun lounger and parasol rental, disabled access, lifeguard stations every few metres and numerous parks and children's play areas. Close to promenade and beach

Apartment is in a great location, with a quick walk to the beach, shops or restuarants. The bathrooms can do with some maintenance, convert the shower curtain to a glass shower door. The buzzer does not ring in the apartment when pushed from the green outside door. The power would always trip when using the oven. The fridge would either freeze items or when lowered would not be cold.

Great location!

The apartment is spacious and well located near beach and shops. The furniture is very poor. Chairs are outworn, no coffee table near the couch. The shower curtains and bed pillows needs a wash. They're smelly.
