About this property

House in the heart of the drôme in the south of France

Country house with a swimming pool, tennis court, 4,500 m² enclosed garden in the heart of the Drôme, 10 minutes from Valence and the TGV station. House located at the gates of Drôme Provençale, Vercors and Ardèche. Shaded terrace extremely pleasant in spring and summer in front of the swimming pool, ideally placed to supervise children. The terrace area is completed by 3 very welcoming cedars for an aperitif or a nap in the hammock hanging on a branch.
It can easily accommodate 10 people with its 4 bedrooms completed by an office that can be converted into a bedroom.
The kitchen on the ground floor is very sunny and directly open to the terrace.
Finally, the garden is fully enclosed to ensure tranquility and above all security for children.
