Lodge 10 p. close to slopes and shops beautiful view

"Bio Corti Lodge" has 10 beds (4 bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms), a few minutes from the start of the slopes of the Plagne / Paradiski ski area, shops, swimming pool and spa. The chalet is located in a quiet dead end. Large living room with open kitchen (fully equipped), 4 bedrooms: 1 children's room with 4 bunk beds in a cabin style, 1 bedroom with 2 twin single beds (console and armchair), 2 parental suites (160 bed) with their shower room and a main bathroom with bath and WC + 1 separate WC.
Two large balconies allow you to enjoy the sun. The living room has a wood stove and a magnificent view of the mountains and the Baroque church of Champagny en Vanoise.
The interior decoration is neat, with winks to the alpine universe, while being modern. The living area has a sofa more than 3 meters, poufs and armchair.
The lodge is located on the first floor of a character village house (completely renovated in 2017-18). "Bio Corti Lodge" is a few minutes from the start of the slopes of the Plagne ski area, shops, the indoor swimming pool with its spa and at the gates of the Vanoise National Park. Two large balconies allow you to enjoy the sun. There are several free parking spaces nearby as well as an uncovered private space.

This is a beautiful apartment with fabulous views. Florian was so helpful, as when we managed to book the week the village swimming pool was shut, he kindly emailed the next nearest pool to check they were open and get the timetable for us. Lovely touch of delicious apple and pear juice plus wine. Cannot recommend enough!

Perfect Christmas

Fabulous apartment in a beautiful village. Spotlessly clean and very spacious, perfect for an extended family. Great array of essentials provided and the kitchen was amazingly well equipped. Access is via a steep path. This was regularly swept and cleared for which we were very appreciative, and my family coped fine. However it could be difficult for the older guest as the snow conditions were challenging during the week. Overall an 11 out of 10. Thank you so much.

Appartement confortable, équipé, décoré, très bien situé, tout y est! A 10, dont 6 ados, tout le monde a trouvé sa place, sans se gêner et malgré tout dans le confort! Les couchages sont confortables, les salles de bain sont spacieuses et nombreuses. Tout est à disposition pour cuisiner et faire de grandes tablées. Une simple petite suggestion: ajouter quelques rangements dans les chambres. La place pour ranger les vêtements de tout le monde est un petit peu juste.

perfect place to relax

We stayed at the house with our family of 5 and had a wonderful time. The house is located perfectly in the centre of town close to the boulangerie, the supermarket, restaurants, stores, the skilift and a short walk to a playground and the swimming pool. The house has a magnificent view over the town and the mountains and was very comfortable to stay at. It is well equipped and had plenty of space for everybody. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the view and reading a book. We bought a ticket for the skilift valid for a week. From the top there are some great hikes, easy enough for our 7 year old kid. You might even come across a flock of sheep that live on top. The skiliftticket is also valid for the lifts in La plagna in case you fancy going there. Plenty of nice easy hikes also around Champagny itself. If you are lucky you can see the marmots (early morning or late afternoon). The town of Champagny was eiasy to drive to. Just a few sharp turns, but not as bad as some other ski-resorts. Overall we had a great week in Champagny and have fallen in love with the location. Curious what it is like during ski-season. Thank you Florian for letting us stay at your lovely house.

Magnifique appartement, très grand et bien agencé, idéal pour 2 familles avec enfants. Tout est prêt et impeccable à votre arrivée. A deux pas du centre et des commerces. Vue magnifique. Zeer mooi ingerichte lodge, mooie badkamers en ruime kamers. In de keuken is alles aanwezig om te koken voor 10 personen. Je hebt een groot terras die uitkijkt op de bergen, zalig. 1 min puntje we misten kleerkasten of legplanken in de kamers om de kleren op te leggen, alles moest in de valies blijven wat niet zo praktisch was. Maar het is zeker een aanrader.
