A Perfect Condo Near The Beach - just renovated!

Enjoy this just-renovated first floor condo with your own private patio, just an 11-minute walk to the beach! Located next to fabulous restaurants and water sports, Sunset Beach, and the historic Corey Avenue shopping district. This ground floor condo has everything you need, including a large updated kitchen. We have a pool for guests of Parkside Condos, and Egan Park across the street has tennis/pickleball courts, a boat ramp, a fishing pier, and a gazebo overlooking the water. The Treasure Island beaches are just around the corner, and we love the wide variety of local restaurants nearby. There is plenty to do for everybody: a nice walkway along the beach in Treasure Island, shopping, bike rentals, water sports, boat rentals, spas, paddle boarding, fishing, and so many beaches to choose from, all with public parking. John's Pass is just north, and Pass-a-Grille Beach is just south, just past the famous Don CeSar Hotel.

Great Location

Walking distance to many restaurants, close by grocery stores and beach. Nice park across the road. The condo was completely updated and comfortable. We will stay again!

Condo was just perfect size for the two of us. Loved having morning coffee on patio. A nice assortment of restaurants and a market within a mile of condo. Highly recommend!

Amazing

Didn’t spend a lot of time inside except for sleeping and showering but the condo was perfect for that. Would totally stay again and letting my friends know to look out for this property. They had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella (didn’t use it because we love the sun), small cooler, and beach towels! Awesome vacation and awesome rental!

Empty Nest Spring Break

This is our first VRBO and our first time to stay by ourselves in the area...We usually stay with a friend. I was hoping that we would like it especially my husband as he loves the beach and it is not directly on the beach. He loves to walk and we discovered that there is a great beach within an easy and under 15 minute walk from the front door. There are several great restaurants along that path...on top of having a fantastic kitchen we were elated with our stay. The unit is very clean and everything inside is impeccably cared for. We had EVERYTHING we didn't know we needed and used from the unit. There is even a great little private outside patio where we could relax after each day. Bob and Connie have thought of everything. We already booked our next stay

Good but needed a few touches

This was our second time in this unit. Love it however there were a couple of things left undone. Dishwasher had dishes in it when we arrived, the shower dispenser basically worked however would not dispense conditioner, the most important thing was the lack of toilet paper in the unit. Not 1 full roll of toilet paper for us.

Most short-term rentals do not provide a shower dispenser so after this review I will remove it so as to avoid future complaints. We don’t manufacture the cream rinse that is apparently too thick. I will also address the dishwasher and TP issue with our cleaning crew. Wow… first 3-star review in 5 years. Pretty harsh Samantha

Amazing week away!

Bob and Connie’s place was amazing! There was even some things upgraded from the pictures in the listing! Everything and I mean EVERYTHING you could need was there. We loved strapping the cooler and umbrella to the back of the bikes and riding down to the beach every day. It was less than a 4 minute bike ride from the condo to the beach. Check in process was super simple and it only took us one try to figure out the lock. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of pillows. We loved the water pressure and temperature of the shower. The only negative we had was the mosquitos on the outside patio but that is no fault of the host’s and is just something you have to expect when visiting Florida at this time of year. We would definitely stay at Bob and Connie’s again!

Great Location

Perfect spot to relax or 'party'. Just far enough removed from busy Gulf Blvd to wind down. Free (for now) trolley stop right outside the condo to take you ~30 miles to explore the Gulf beaches/bars/restaurants/shopping.

Great St. Pete Beach Location

This updated and very clean property is just right for two people. It's convenient to beaches, restaurants and attractions yet a quiet location to come "home" to. There's also a lovely private patio in the back. The owners are very responsive as well. We would recommend this property to others.
