The Villa

The villa SAULARA is a contemporary and modern accommodation, accessible for people with reduced mobility, with luxury equipment as well as an indoor heated pool all year round, allowing you to spend pleasant moments despite uncertain weather. Ideally located on the edge of the pine forest bordering the coast, set back from the road and 900 meters from the beach of La Terrière, surf spot recognized and monitored, perfect for families. It is very easy to get there on foot through the forest or by bike.

On the ground floor there is a spacious, friendly and bright living room divided between a large comfortable living room with a quality sofa bed for two beds, a large table for meals overlooking the pool, and a fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room by an island ideal for convivial moments.
The kitchen equipment and storage allow you to cook comfortably and make the most of local products. At the same level, the master suite adapted for people with reduced mobility (PMR) with a double bed and its bathroom equipped with an Italian shower as well as an independent toilet.

Upstairs, there is a second double bedroom, a single room with 4 beds in two bunk beds, as well as a large bathroom and a 2nd separate toilet.

The living room opens both on the indoor pool and on the terrace, in the heart of the garden surrounded by the pine forest, giving an exceptional setting for outdoor meals and moments of relaxation.
The pool area, heated, independent, but connected with the rest of the house, is ideal to enjoy all year. It is equipped with a shower and the indoor pool is heated, for everyone’s pleasure.


The neighborhood

The district of La Terrière is ideal for a stay in La Tranche sur Mer, quiet, on the edge of the forest, with direct access to the beach and shops: bakery and bar/tobacco in the center of the neighborhood, supermarket 5 min.
There are many cycle paths, for bike rides, surf and kite-surfing spots, and many activities for dynamic stays: O'Gliss Park, Atlantic Wake Park, the Adventurers' Castle, boat rides on the Marais Poitevin, the discovery of Aiguillon Bay, and many others. One can also visit Puy du Fou, less than an hour’s drive.

- Bed sheets and towels are provided for the entire stay.

Departure between 8 AM and 10 AM
Appointment arrival time to be agreed no later than 3 days before your stay.

We really like pets but they are not accepted during your stay.

The accommodation is completely non-smoking.
The villa is located in a quiet area.
Parties are forbidden!
