Clean country style single level 3 bedroom 2 bath home that sleeps 12 to 22. Located on 7.58 acres with trails and a stocked pond. Only 3 minutes from Cassels-Boykin park. Can charge up to 8 boats in lit parking areas. Great place for fishermen, friends, and families to get together. Please keep vehicles off the grass. Property Fee is for Angelina County Hotel Occupancy Tax (7%).

The rain just kept coming

It was unfortunate for everyone that we were there during and after a terrible rain storm. The house ended up getting a little water inside due to the torechel down pour, but other then unfortunate weather conditions it was a great place to stay, plenty of parking, when ground is not totally saturated. Hope to book it again next year and in the future for our fishing trips and tournaments.

Bass Attack 2023

There were plenty of beds for all of us to sleep in with a couple more to spare. There were 9 of us total. Everyone agreed the beds were the most comfortable beds we have stayed in while traveling. The location is centrally located to many of the boat ramps on the lake. Overall a great place to stay. Felt like home. Can't wait till next year. Hope we can stay here again. Thanks Leslie.
