Cleaning Fee for Weekend Rentals is $40.00. Extended stay cleaning fee is $50.00/weekly. No trash left outside. Trash may be put in back of Owners truck for disposal. Cancellation Policy: 2 weeks notice full refund. Week ahead: 1/2 refund. Guest Checklist is located on coffee bar. No inside pets. Owner suffers from pet allergies. Outside large fenced kennel available.
