Beautiful two bedroom/two bath single family home located 10 minutes from the Texas A&M campus! The primary bedroom features a new king-size memory foam mattress and the secondary bedroom features a full-size pillow top mattress and both have luxurious sheets and pillows. Enjoy having the convenience of an attached two-car garage, full-size washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and fenced back yard with BBQ grill. The bathrooms are stocked with towels, hair dryers and hotel-size individually wrapped soaps.

This home is very clean and in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely nature trail/park area less than half a block away. Super cozy, clean and tidy, nice neighborhood, loved the walking trail along Briar Creek right behind the house! Close and convenient for everything. The Station is pretty close and had good barbecue.

Great place for a break

This is our second time staying here. The house is on a quiet street and centrally located so it’s easy to get to Bryan or College Station. We used the kitchen to do some baking, it had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

4H State Horse Show

We were in town for an event at the Brazos Expo. This house is in the perfect location because it is close to everything. Extremely nice house and very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay!
