We are just minutes to grocery stores, wineries, Bagnell Dam Strip, golf courses, Osage Beach Premium Outlets, movie theatre, Go-carts, miniature golf, Bridal Cave, helicopter rides, the Amphitheatre and more than 200 restaurants with the upscale JB Hooks, Baxter's, and Bentley's just around the corner!

3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo @ the beautiful gated Palisades Condominium complex in Lake Ozark, MO 65049! We are located off HH by land; mile marker14 by water.
There are 3 sets of steps to our condo:13 steps, then 9, and 5, for a total of 27 steps.

Rent our 12 ×32 ft covered boat slip for an additional charge of only $20 per night! It has a new barrier in place to protect from wakes. Guests cannot leave a boat trailer on property, but we can let you know where several access places nearby.
Additional clubhouse parking spaces near steps that lead to the docks.

Highlights:
Fully stocked and equipped kitchen.
Master bedroom has a king bed with walk-in closet and patio access with beautiful lake view.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with access to a second bathroom.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed.
All bedrooms have a flat screen TV and fans.
Outdoor entryway has a gas grill, plus a small table and 2 chairs.
Outdoor patio has a table and 6 chairs to enjoy that beautiful view.
Palisades has 3 pools, with one pool at the upper level just yards from our building.

Rent to responsible adults age 30+ and families only. This is NOT a party rental. This condominium is a permanent home for many people, so all condo rules are enforced by Palisades, and fines may be applicable for violations of the following rules:
Quiet Hours are 10 p.m.-8 a.m. on weekdays; midnight-8 a.m. on weekends

Capacity: 6 adults in 3 beds + 2 children on 2 air mattresses

Failure to comply with association or owner rules may lead to eviction, loss of rental fee, and forfeiture of deposit of $300. The guest will be responsible for any fees charged to us by the Homeowner's Association due to guest violations.
Palisades Security will charge a fee of $500 if they are called due to disturbances.
These rules are put into place to keep the complex a beautiful and relaxing place.

This is really a million dollar view. Stayed over during the 4th of July and amazing views of multiple shows. Excellent pool and not too crowded. Near a few restaurants. Unit is well maintained and very comfortable. Excellent communication with property manager.
