Top Floor - Waterfront Family Friendly condo! Potential Boat Slip opportunity!

Welcome to our beautifully updated lakefront condo in Bay Point Village Condominiums located a MM24. Our top floor condo offers panoramic views of the lake along with stunning sunsets. The kitchen is fully furnished to ensure your family vacation is perfect! Our property has not 1 but 2 pools! The main pool is lakefront and the secondary pool is a short walk up the hill. We have a play ground and lots of wooded areas to stroll around. Lots to keep the kids entertained! The primary bedroom has a king bed, with floor to ceiling windows which offer the most amazing lake views! The secondary bedroom has a king size bed and is nicely furnished. Finally, the loft offers 2 twin beds. Don't worry about storage. The closets are extremely roomy. All rooms are equipped with new smart TV's which are ready to stream your favorite shows. The living room and primary bedroom also have cable. We have put a lot of love into our condo and are confident we have done everything to make your stay enjoyable.

Start each day with a cup of coffee on the deck. Mornings are a favorite because you can enjoy the morning breeze and watch the boats go by or you can just watch the squirrels play in the trees :) If you want to explore the Ozarks, there is so much to see. On the hot summer days, check out one of many caves nearby. Not only are they very cool to tour, the temperature is just right! Want more excitement? Take a short 10 minute drive down Business 54 and you will find Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf, Putt'n Stuff Family Fun Center and Gran Rally Karts. If you need a break from the pool but still want to enjoy the water, check out Big Surf Waterpark. Hop on 54 West and you will be there is 10 minutes! One of our favorites is to hike in Ha Ha Tonka State Park in Camdenton. This park offers many trails so be sure to stop by the visitors center to make sure you choose the best trail for you and your family. If you're looking for a nice lakefront restaurant, we love JB Hooks. Be sure to make a reservation and request a table by the window. On your way here, you may remember passing a GIANT silver lobster! That's Jeffrey's Prime Rib and Lobster and let me tell you, it does not disappoint! You should know this is a bit more fine dining / date night type of restaurant. And if you have a rainy day, Marcus Eagles' Landing Cinema is about 15 minutes down 54 East. Condo was great

The condo was perfect for our stay. Owner was great to work with. Pool and pool deck view is amazing. Condo had everything we needed and more. I would definitely stay here again.

Best vacation

We had the best time. Brandy was so nice to work with. She even found us a dock slip to rent while we were there! The direct view of the pool and lake were spectacular! Sunsets are amazing. Property was nice, clean and fully stocked. Can’t wait to go back! Thanks again!

Ozarks trip

This was trip with our granddaughter. We take one every summer! This year we had a shorter amount of time to work with so we chose the ozarks because they were close. We couldn’t have been happier! The accommodations were great and owner had made every effort to meet visitors needs. She communicated every time we had questions. We loved the condo and hope to come back again soon

Anniversary/Independence Day

This was a great trip for the July 4th weekend as well as celebrating an anniversary. It is a beautiful place that was hard to leave. The lake is always fun but when your home away from home is like this listing it makes everything come together.

This was an amazing place to stay! It had everything we could ask for and more from beach towels, sound machines, and the shower pressure had us all impressed lol Brandy had amazing communication the whole process. 5 stars

We live in St. Louis so when looking for a getaway, the lake was an easy decision. We wanted a place where we as a family could get to quickly and have a great time! The kids love the pool and everything that goes along with boating! But we also love the golf courses and all things outdoors. I like to make things "pretty". I always have. So getting our condo ready for guests, was so much fun for me. I like to find out who's staying here. Are you here for a special birthday? Maybe an anniversary or most of the time, just a simple vacation! Sometimes, this tiny bit of information allows me to personalize the stay just a little bit more. My goal is for everyone to have a safe and memorable trip in hopes of returning year after year!

Why they chose this property

We chose Bay Point Village for a few reasons. First, driving down the hill through all the trees was beautiful! Our first time down, we kept stopping to look at all the deer! And second, when we say we are right on the water, we are RIGHT on the water! It's just spectacular! The complex was clean and well maintained.

What makes this property unique

When we were furnishing our condo, we chose quality furnishings. We want our condo to feel like a home you could live in full time. We were thoughtful when selecting the dishes all the way down to the throw pillows! We want to make sure our condo feels like YOUR home away from home. And I think we've done just that!
