The house has four very spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms. Two of them with its own bathroom, a separate and two toilets. Well equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine and direct exit to the patio garden. Satellite TV and WIFI.
Fully fenced plot of 2000m2. Extensive manicured garden and natural grass. Kidney-shaped swimming pool 10m x 4.5m with slide and stairs. Also in the garden it is a barbecue. Main access door mechanized and two garages, mechanics also where to save the vehicles.

ESTUPENDAS VACACIONES

La casa es muy amplia y cómoda y está bien equipada. El jardín muy bien cuidado. Piscina amplia y con un tobogán que da mucho juego tanto a los niños como a los adultos. Varias zonas de terraza donde desayunamos, comimos y cenamos los 10 días que estuvimos, con barbacoa Weber que usamos varias veces. Vistas inigualables. Zona muy tranquila, sin ruidos. El trato con Patrick fue inmejorable, gracias por todo.

La casa es estupenda, bien equipada y cómoda. Las vistas son espectaculares y hemos pasado una semana genial. Los dueños han sido muy amables y hemos estado muy a gusto la semana.

Excellent séjour sur les hauteurs de Javea

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans cette villa spacieuse et "fleurie" dans les hauteurs du quartier de Tosalet. Nous étions 3 familles (6 adultes et 7 enfants) à profiter tous les jours de la vue vraiment exceptionnelle sur la mer. Le jardin luxuriant est organisé en restanque avec la piscine et la partie vie de la maison sur le même niveau. La piscine d'une taille normale, disposée d'un toboggan et d'une fosse à plongeon (environ 3m). Ce fut parfait pour les enfants. Nous tenons à saluer l'équipement de la cuisine qui est vraiment complet pour les personnes qui cuisinent beaucoup comme nous. Un bémol sur les coupures d'eau de minuit à 9h30, mais cela reste indépendant de la location.Merci à Mr Ronda qui s'est montré toujours disponible pendant notre séjour. Enfin une petite suggestion pour les propriétaires s'ils lisent ce message: un barbecue weber serait un plus!!! Nous espérons pourvoir revenir l'année prochaine car la maison est vraiment agréable et nous y avons trouvé énormément d'avantages. Pierre et Chloé
