The villa sits in a large plot with views behind of The Montgo & across the valley to mountains..The villa is on two levels and the upper level comprises of naya, lounge / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms one with an ensuite and one further family bathroom. The lounge / dining room benefits from air conditioning.
On the lower level there are three bedrooms: a twin, a triple and a double bedroom. The lower level also has a kitchen area and a full bathroom. All the bedrooms have air - conditioning.
Outdoors is the lovely mediterranean private garden, and the stunning swimming pool. You will also find secure parking. All the patios and gardens are furnished for sunbathing, BBQ´s and al-fresco dining.
Located in a good, quiet, sought after neighbourhood and only five minutes drive to The Old Town, Port,shops, beaches etc. The villa is on a flat, private plot and makes for an ideal relaxing holiday.

Casa amplia para 12 personas.
En general está bien la propiedad, es muy grande, mucho espacio al aire libre, jardín, porche, zona de piscina.
Un poco lejos de la playa.
Aun no me han devuelto la fianza después de 18 días de dejar la vivienda y no tengo ninguna notificación de que hubiera algún desperfecto.
