Beachstyle villa Grace , 5 bedrooms,5 bathrooms,aircon everywhere.very nice wide seaviews and mountainviews.
Outside pooltable next to the pool. The villa has two levels.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of which one ensuite, kitchen, livingroom en covered terrace.
Downstairs 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms, kitchen directly connected to the terrace and livingroom .
Pool surrounded by terrace and bbq area.
Underneath the terrace is another separate bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
A car is necessary unless you are very good walkers. 5 min drive to the citycenter or beach or 40 min walk.

Great week with friends at Villa Grace

The location of the villa is wonderul. Great views, calm neighbourhood. Villa itself was fantastic. We were 3 families staying for a week and everyone was happy. Communication with property manager easy and prompt. Any issues sorted out quickly. Would deffo visit again.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful villa

Since the minute we booked Steve was responsive to question and provided very detailed information and instructions. The villa was beautiful and the views fantastic. Everything we needed was available for our stay. The property has a great layout and was spotlessly clean. Taxis readily available each time we needed to get town (approx 15 euro each way). We booked for next year while we were travelling home - cannot wait to go back

Loved it

We came as a big extended family group. The villa was great as there was so much room inside, and different areas outside if you needed a quiet chill space away from the pool. Talking about the pool, kept beautifully clean, surprisingly deep, and with an amazing view. Lots of Instagram photos there! Built on a hill so lots of breezes which was perfect in the July heat. We enjoyed family pool tournaments on the outdoor pool table bedside the pool. Comfy beds, air conditioning throughout, clean and welcoming. Quite far from the town and beach so you definitely need a car, but that also meant it was quiet at night for sleeping. We loved it and would recommend.

Villa Grace

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Grace. The villa itself was lovely and had everything we needed. The views of the mountains and sea were stunning. The host was very easy to contact, very quick to reply and very helpful. The only thing I would say is it is remote. We were all fit, active people but it was too far to walk anywhere. There are not shops etc within walking distance.You definitely need a car or will need to get cabs (no public transport). We had two cars so it wasn’t a problem for us. We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

Han sido unos días geniales. Las vistas de la casa son increíbles. La tranquilidad, la piscina muy bien la distribución Para nosotros fue genial, pero la alquilamos entera. Para lo espectacular que resulta la casa creo que deberían cuidar más la limpieza (cortinas, barbacoa utensilios de cocina y poner algún sistema para que no entre la luz por las ventanas si no quieres madrugar. P
