Carmel-By-The Sea this luxurious Home consists of 2 Vacation rentals. Each vacation rental consists of 1300 square feet of living space with two king bedrooms and en suite granite baths. OUR VACATION RENTAL IS PROFESSIONAL CLEANED WITH YOUR HEALTH IN MIND. WE LEAVE PLENTY OF PAPER PRODUCTS, HAND SANITIZER AND HAND SOAP FOR YOUR PERSONAL USE. Each vacation rental is the entire floor. Some guests prefer the second floor while others prefer the first floor. It's stunning interior features open concept living with a gourmet granite kitchen & center island with bar seating, dining area for 4, and living room with gas fireplace and large screen TV. The extra high beamed ceilings and large picture windows flood the living area with abundant light. All windows are dressed with custom Roman Shades for evening privacy. This sumptuous newly rebuilt vacation retreat is located in the heart of Carmel-By-The-Sea. Our newly rebuilt building consists of two levels. Set far back from the street this in town location offers amazing privacy. Each level has its separate entrance . Each level is a vacation rental and each vacation rental is the entire floor which is just over 1300 sq ft. per unit. This listing features the second level . VRBO listing #1620627 list the ground floor level. The floor plan on both levels is identical.
The interior floor plan is open concept and very spacious. The two king bedrooms are large in size and the en suite baths are tiled with walk-in showers. The bedrooms each have large closets and plenty of dresser storage. Each bedroom has a large screen TV and luxury linens.
The kitchen is well equipped for the most discriminating chef. Microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee grinder, food processor, spice rack and much more are all provided.

Park your 2 cars in the spacious driveway that is finished with landscape tiles. You will not be needing it to enjoy Carmel-By-The-Sea when you stay at this location. Forget the frustration of searching for a parking space because shops, art galleries and restaurants are all a very easy stroll. Located two blocks from Ocean Avenue you can walk to Carmel Beach in less than 10 minutes. We provide the beach chairs, beach towels and thermal bag. Pick-up your beach lunch from Bruno's Market just one street east or walk around the corner to the French Patisserie for your morning coffee and pastry. So many choices and so little time. Each floor has a separate listing on VRBO. Rent the floor of your choice. The lower floor is listing 1620627. We do allow dogs with a pet fee.

This is a wonderful place. The host has thought of everything you might need or want. Instructions for everything and recommendations in a binder. Very comfortable furniture all new and very clean. Great to have off street parking. Location is central near the plaza. Can walk to restaurants and shopping. Beach a short walk down the hill. Had a great visit to Carmel. Perfect place for two couples.

Have stayed at this condo many times. We are locals to the area but it is just a great place to spend a weekend for a staycation once in a while. The location could not be more convenient. It was even decorated for the holidays. Easy walk to everything that Carmel has to offer. Parking is a huge plus.

We have stayed here several times and the experience is consistently great. Just a block and a half from Carmel Plaza with parking provided for two vehicles. It is always sparkling clean, comfortable beds with high quality linens, and a fully well stocked kitchen.
