Quiet Retreat with Stunning Views/Close 2 Train Stn/Downtown/DTC/Food & Shops

The stunning Rocky Mountains are not just the backdrop for beautiful Denver, but they also double as the front yard of my home. The basement is a newly remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath Apt. complete w/laundry room. Sleeps up to 2 people comfortably. There are 2 TV's, with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon & other streaming options. Central heating & air. Lots of fun, hip games to play. Pool and hot tub May-August. There is a bike available to use on the bike trail or more bike rentals nearby.
Come and enjoy this quiet, relaxing getaway with coffee or a meal on the patio. Close to DTC, Cherry Creek Resoviour, Downtown, all of Denver and other visitor favorites. Go out and explore the endless adventures Colorado has to offer. Enjoy a concert or movie night at Red Rocks Amphitheater (spring & summer). Also, a great place to hike or workout. Experience Larimer Square, LoDo or RiNo for some of the best nightlife or breweries with their infamous IPA's. The Cherry Creek Resoviour (right around the corner), Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak, numerous hot springs, Garden of the Gods, Denver Botanic Gardens, skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling are just a few of the many things to experience here in Denver/Colorado.
Many restaurants (every fast food known to man right around the corner), shopping, theaters & several gyms are all located nearby. Additionally, this home is located on the Highline Trail for great walks, biking, etc.

Nice location!

As a seasoned VRBO traveler, this was the first time that the owner/property manager greeted me outside the property and physically 'checked me in'. It was unexpected, but also nice to meet Revnee. She was very friendly and thorough in explaining where everything was at, how things worked, and very knowledgeable about nearby restaurants, pubs, and attractions. The space itself is located in the basement of her townhome. You enter through the front door, which gets set up with your own code, for when you come and go. You then go through her house to the stairs of the basement and have access to the entire basement. The space is equipped with wi-fi, laundry room, kitchen sink, mini fridge, microwave, electric cookware, coffee maker, and lots of games, magazines and TV entertainment. It was very comfortable and cozy. It was great for a couple, but could accommodate 4 people, as well. I chose to give this property a 5-star rating because it worked well for my husband and I for the weekend; however, if you are looking for complete privacy then take note that there is no door between the basement and the upstairs living space where the owner resides. Overall, Revnee is a fantastic owner and was very accommodating to us. We enjoyed our time at her property and would rent from her again in the future!
