Charming 2-bedroom house in beautiful Denver w/ Hot Tub & AC

Beautiful little oasis in a great location. Relax in the hot tub, cook dinner on the gas stove, enjoy. Perfect for red rocks shows or getting to the mountains fast.

Hot tub is available for an additional $50. This is because of the added expense of additional service and chemicals. Please shower well before entering. There is a camera in the back yard, it does not have direct line of sight to the hot tub but will see you walking to and from the hot tub.

GREAT location, beautiful home with comfy beds. I was surprised to find that there wasn't a single TV, but everything else was so lovely! The hot tub area had a great little set up with lights, which made an evening soak extra enjoyable.

Stay was wonderful! I was a little bummed about the shower / tub amenities upstairs, there is a beautiful tub, but no shower attachment. I wasn't able to really get clean without worrying of water coming out the sides of the tub, I am 5'4 and barely fit. Other than this everything was wonderful!

The house was comfortable and conveniently located for getting around. However, the unit was lacking some basic kitchen essentials, including utensils and enough coffee filters for our full stay. We also had to contact the host to switch the thermostat from heat to cool because it was locked.The only real amenity provided was WiFi -there wasn’t even a TV, which felt a bit unusual.There also appeared to be another room or unit attached to the front of the house that was occupied during our stay. The lights from that area stayed on and cast an awkward glow into the living room that we couldn’t control.If you’re simply looking for an affordable place to sleep, this property works fine. But if you’re looking for more of a relaxing staycation experience, this may not be the best fit.

I had to pay extra for the hot tub, and we didn't even get to use it; I think that fee should be included. They didn't disclose that there wasn't a TV, something I think should be made very clear. Communicating with "Sarah" isn't actually her, it is her employee. When I called "her," she had no knowledge of my request to check in early, and repeatedly tried to tell me I was wrong. There was some kind of mishap in the kitchen that needed to be repaired and cleaned when we arrived early, but was told we didn't pay for an early check-in, so we waited for the problem to be fixed, and then we got to check in (just before 4PM, the usual check-in time). The place is fairly nice inside and out (well decorated), but repairs are needed. The curtains need to be thicker too, as we felt like fish in a fishbowl. The house was clearly a flip. Location is good except for the immediate neighborhood. A bit sketchy.

The house is not a "flip". I personally used to live there full time for 5 years, and did all of the decorating and remodeling myself! :) We did not approve an early check in for these guests, usually we do our best to accommodate this type of request, but this day we had a repair scheduled so it was not possible which was upsetting to Grace. While we always do our best to accommodate guests, an early check in without prior approval can be difficult for the cleaners, and Grace became very angry when they could not check in early. We do not advertise a television, and charge a hot tub fee because we have the hot tub cleaned after every guest and the chemicals and maintenance is expensive, all of which is disclosed in our listing. Come on, Grace, give us a little grace! :)
