Perfect location overlooking the pool and the beautiful turquoise waters and white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. Sunset Condos are located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach within a gated community. Great restaurants, bars and coffee shops are all within walking distance. Cycling, jogging and walking on the fantastic 30A is at your doorstep.

Under new ownership and management, this spacious condo has been furnished with all new bedding, linen and towels. We also include beach towels and 4 backpack style beach chairs and an umbrella. After a day at the beach relax on the spacious patio overlooking the pool and ocean with stunning sunsets.

This first floor condo is conveniently set on one level, so no steps to get to the pool (pool heated November - April).

*** Master Bedroom is very spacious and has a walk in closet and full bathroom with a separate vanity.

*** Queen bedroom with full en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo.

***Queen bedroom with full bathroom off the hall.

We provide you with a start up supply of paper and cleaning products.
All showers are equipped with soap/shampoo/conditioner.
All vanities and kitchen have antibacterial hand soap dispensers.

• Deposits are fully refundable if written cancellations are given at least 60 days prior to the arrival date, SUBJECT TO A 10% handling fee.

Rosemary Beach/Alys Beach

Great location between two communities, very convenient. The beach situation was frustrating, very small beach area if you weren't renting chairs.

Construction zone.

We were quite surprised with the construction going on. Finding a parking spot was challenging as half of the spots were taken by construction workers. We were not warned ahead of time and when we called and reported it we were told the construction was not in our building however there was construction sign on the gate we walked into to get to our condo. The work started early so no sleeping in on vacation. The condo itself was great.

Great location esp with little ones

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The pool and beach being so close was so helpful with our 3 little boys (5 and under). The beach is crowded (as most 30A beaches are), but nice people and gorgeous! The restaurants in the area were wonderful, and the kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to cook meals in too. The condo was a bit dated as the pictures clearly show, but great space for a family of 5, and it was clean which is what matters to us! Helpful things provided were a crib, umbrella, and beach chairs. Thank you!!
